This was so generous for you to record exactly how you do this technique. I've never done this, and I really enjoy what you've shared. This is definitely something I could make as a very personalized gift. thanks again.
Wow that is awesome. Thank you for this tutorial. Make sure you are getting proper ventilation while working with this! I saw a video where a lady was talking about how she got sick from breathing in the fumes and not wearing a mask. Don’t want that to happen to any of us! I’m excited to try your methods. Thanks again for sharing!
My daughter purchased one of these just tonight. This was my first tie seeing this. Being a crafter, I asked her why did she buy it. I told her she could have made it. Not trying to stop anyone's hustle but she is the one who wants to start making DIY things for her room. I appreciate you sharing your process with us.
You've inspired me to give this a try! Ty for posting! Some tips I've picked up with the resin is mix at least 3 mins. If you have a tiny bit more of either part, you want it to be the hardener. If there's the tiniest bit less hardener, it won't set properly. I've made things a couple inches thick cure entirely overnight. I've learned from mistakes and a lotta sticky mess!!! Thx again. I subscribed, I'm sure you'll be inspiring me again!
I like the spray adhesive over the mod podge. I also pour my epoxy and roll it around then pour the excess back into the cup to avoid smudges and dips. Use a blow dryer before after you pour to get rid of those bubbles.
I love this project! If you don't mind I would like to share a few tips. You had a few bubbles or pits in the epoxy. If you run some heat over it the bubbles will pop and smooth out the resin. Also, try a different resin I really like Liquid Diamonds because it dries very hard and won't yellow over time. The resin you're using has been known to yellow.
Hi new friend, thank you so much for sharing this awesome DIY project with us I love watching awesome DIY projects they always encouraged me to try to do something out of my own comfort zone thank you again for this awesome share
This is a beautiful set, and you really did an amazing job of this. To save you some supplies, can I reccomend that if you're spray painting, you may as well spray paint the glitter on- this gives you the ability to organically create multicolored pieces and give them an extra added push. Keep up the great work though
I love this video thanks so much for sharing!! Question...have you ever used a spray adhesive instead of mod podge. I just switched to spray adhesive for my tumblers with glitter and it works WONDERS and saves so much time. Another thing I’ve learned is if I mix my glitter with my epoxy and use a silicone brush to spread over the tray it dries faster and is virtually no mess at all. Either way I love what you have done here and thank you for sharing.

Hey girl thank you for the video!! If your using cricut transfer tape it’s really strong the dollar tree sells contact paper it works so much better for vinyl.
Very unique technique and I luv the finished product, beautiful. You explained the project very well. New friend here just joined you with big like hope to be friends. Tfs
Hey girl have u tried using spray adhesive ? I use it for my cups to apply the glitter just wanted to suggest it itll save u time and its super easy I usually spray add glitter spray and add more glitter but I like it thick then let dry for a day or over night just to be safe then epoxy
You get a Cricut machine for the vinyl letters I make shirts and things that how I know but I’m adding this to my list as well but different colors people been asking me can I make them and I’m finally finna try
This is so awesome! I can’t wait to make some. How did you do the letters and with the transfer tape? Just one tip for the epoxy... I have seen on other videos that if you take a little torch, like a dab torch, and go over the wet epoxy then it will take all the air bubbles out. Thanks again for this!! Awesome for real.
After your last layer of epoxy you really want to let it sit for at least 72 hours before you touch it again or ship it. If you ship it sooner you run the risk of the packing materials making an indentation in the epoxy and that would be heartbreaking! Just a little tip so you don’t have an unhappy customer 🙈 I love the rose gold and teal combination though. I never thought they would go together! Great job. I’ll be subscribing 💜💜

Love this!!!! 1 thing I do when I have smaller pieces like you did where you cut them out but you add the transfer tape. I go ahead and put the transfer tape over the whole thing then cut out those smaller pieces so you don’t have to cut small pieces of transfer tape and have uneven ends of my transfer tape if that make sense or I reuse that bigger piece. Did you use standard transfer tape? It sounded like the strong. I used the wrong one once and couldn’t get the image off the tape! 🤦🏻♀️
@@ashleybeadle4921 I second this! I make tumblers and coat in epoxy. The respirator is essential for your health!!
