This reminds me so much of my childhood days. In guyana we used to live like this. Now things have changed in the country for the best. The best somehow took away these beautiful days
We are independent since 1970 ( from the British ) and have been running the show since. Youd be happy to know that when Fiji was ceeded to the English in 1874, our High Chiefs, steeped in the art of war and alliances and negotiations, ENSURED that our native lands are all protected in the Deed of Cession ... or Articles of Agreement. So to date we the indigenous Fijians still own 90% of the land. Come visit some day.
@@mteokay1246 You still are ignoring what these Colonizers are capable of. Your people practice Christianity and those Indo-Fijians are still there. So you aren't as safe from being usurped as you like to think.
@@mteokay1246 Agreed, too bad some petty people are so narrow-minded to such things that we do here when they should be more concerned about matters in their own backyard with such lousy mindsets before sticking their noses where it don't belong as seen in the western world.

If these people knew better they would kick those colonizers off of their land immediately!!! Never trust them even when they come off as friendly

You clearly don't get cultural exchanges here, and you're on your own there with such petty ignorant mindset.
