The pickle juice is such a great idea! I love eating flats, but you've gotta do the trick where you slide the bones out so you're left with the nugget! Then it's perfect for dipping!!

I thought I would be the only one that cleaned my bones but dang those bones were clean. Only thing I can’t do is bite the end of the bone where the cartilage is ugh that’s a texture issue for me.
