What is hemorrhage critical effect? As I remember hemorrhage was a dot which worked the same way as critical damage(extra damage but dot) did that talentstone increase the damage of the dot itself or did it make you able to apply the dot?
"What is hemorrhage critical effect?" It's as you described; it's a Mainhand effect rune (similar to Heavy Blow). Hemorrhage's damage is split into three intervals, making it a three tick DoT that is based on your attack damage and critical power stats. "did that talentstone increase the damage of the dot itself or did it make you able to apply the dot?" I assume this is about Viper's Hemorrhage talentstone. In which case, it's the former, the talentstone increases the damage dealt by the effect. Only Viper benefits from this talentstone. In order to trigger Hemorrhage, you must equip a mainhand with the Hemorrhage Rune. Which are available to any and every class.
