You, Tuki, and Aaron the only ones I can count on when it comes to speed runs and actual good (similar to mine) gameplay. Since all 3 of you are in S rank guilds, therefore more relatable when it comes to higher end parts of game modes. Gg on the 32 stages complete, Since your team already has LS built you can add more damage, and using Uryu’s NAD against air while SA’s are on cooldown to fill up gauge is just the way I’d play him too

Ulq and Ichigo will both work, nothing is holding them back. Although in your case, you don't have a bombardment unit so popping in that Ulq will be a lot more beneficial. Best of luck!
@jinsakai2047 Retsu is beastly, but with White I only got to stage 17. Felt like he was lacking for stage 2 so I switched him in for 7th ani Uryu. For stage 3 I used 7th year Aizen if you have him try replace Ukitake with him

I used 3/5 tybw yama instead of Bruno and had 1/5 unohana and uryu and got 21 stage cleared

You can still use other Hollow Killers like Yama, Ulq, Quincy Ichigo. Slot 3 is actually a lot less restrictive.

What do you usually use Bruno for? I usually base my bonus abilities by the usage I have for them. Hopefully this gives you an idea!
