But according to the bible, God revealed himself in mass revelation to the Jews, so this destroys the entire arguement. I don't see how knowledge destroys faith, if anything it reinforces it. You think when Allah directly spoke to Adam in the qur'an it destroyed his faith? Ignorance imo is not a requirement for faith. You think any of the prophets in the bible lost their faith in God after God spoke to them? Passing any test requires knowledge, I don't see how ignorance can help you pass a test, it makes no sense.
The problem with ignorance, is that now a person is not certain what is right and what is wrong. Many religions sound feesible, how is a person to know which one is right and which one is wrong? With any test a person has to study only the correct answers, but if you don't know which aswers are correct, how are you to pass the test?
Imagine going to a history class, ther are 5 teachers in there, all teaching things about history that are different, who are you to know who to trust? Lack of knowledge destroys the entire test, because now you are not certain what is right and what is wrong. We are all literally just guessing which religion is the right one. What person has really sat down and studied all the world's religions deeply to figure this out? Even if you did that, you think everybody has the time and mental capacity for this?
When you go to college to pass tests, they dont' have fake teachers in there tricking you with false knowledge. It's only a true test if you know for a fact what is right and what is wrong. We are just gambling on which religion is right, we can't empirically prove it. This is one reason I am non-sectarian I don't believe in gambling.

Thats why all religions cant be true. There should be only one true. God tells you to worship him i a way that doesnt contradict itself. Thats why We in islam say there was always only Islam. Muslim means to submit to the one creator. Islam has clear evidence that it is true and the answers to all questions is found in the Quran and hadith. Nothing people make up themselfs.

Now the muslim taxi driver either said what you wrote and didnt know that much himself about Islam or you understood him wrong. There is evidence that islam is the true religion and the Quran is preserved and there is way too much signs in the Quran. Regardless what you believe the most important thing is seeking the truth. It Will benefit you in this world and in the hereafter. So advice you like a brother to seek the truth for yourself and pray to whom ever madr you. Pick up a copy of the Quran and read it just to understand what islam is al about.

I was brought up Catholuc and attended what you could call a Catholic Madreesa as a child. I was told that Catholicism was the one true religion. I left the practice of Catholicism as a teenager because it did not make sense. I
I eventually turned agnostic.
This is my conclusion. NO religion makes
sense, and that includes Islam.

There is several studys done by non islamic/ athiests that show children are innately born with believing in God. So God exist. Can you disprove Gods existens. If We agree that God exist then it is easy to say wich religion that is right. And then i can tell you what makes islam the only true religion.
It doesn't have to be a command to make Allah appear to dreams. You can pray and beg for him to do that. And why does it have to be a master and slave relationship, why not Father and Children relationship? Islamic mindset is really different from Christian mindset. Christians believe they are children of God, while Muslims believe they are slaves of Allah.
God is the Creator of the Heavens and earth. God doesn’t even need us. God is not dependent. we are dependent, we need God. It's pretty Arrogant to think Humans are something special when humans are simplely a creation created by the one true creator with a purpose. This life is a test. We are his slaves and that is the most suitable position for us.
We are all slaves to the sociaties We live in. Why not be slaves to the real King that created all of that.

And besides, people are asking politely to Allah that he appears. Its not that they demand and say "hey Allah, appear to me right now, or else".

But if We ignore all the neccessary tools to find Allah then how are We gonna find him? There is plenty of examples from the previous nations who got what they asked for but then they still disbelieved.
