Josh, I am tone deaf and can not sing. When I get to heaven and I am getting closer as I am 71 years old now), I believe I will be able to sing to the Lord in a beautiful voice! I think that God must be so pleased to hear you sing in your wonderful voice. Appreciate your gift and bless the Lord and us with it. Thank you so much for your deep words and dedication.
I'm 75 and I feel the same. The first thing my babies said was , "Mama, don't sing." I sing inside beautifully, but it doesn't come out the way I experience it.
When you give yourself to God and accept Jesus as Lord and Savior. Jesus works through us. He uses our eyes , hands, feet, mouth, for his glory and honor to help and bring others to him. I have always known God but i had to give up myself to find him. Lord, I am a broken man held together only by your Grace. I have peace knowing i can never fail on earth because i chose you.
You are not alone Jackie the biggest trick of the enemy.. First he sets people up And then he is the accusser of the brethren when we screw up! Thank God for Grace Quite often it is not when I'm doing well that our Jesus comforts me as much as His beautiful gift of Grace unmerited favor That reminds me There is therefore no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus our Lord.
There’s a book by Charles Sheldon called In His Steps. Great read. You should be able to find it at your local library. It’s about becoming the body of Christ that does something other than going to church and doing nothing.
Lyrics: Christ has no body now but yours No hands, no feet on earth but yours Yours are the eyes with which He sees Yours are the feet with which He walks Yours are the hands with which He blesses all the world Yours are the hands
@@all4Hisgloryalone2Tim215 Brother the song is metaphorical; We, the church, are the body of Christ, and he depends on us to see the suffering of others so that He may bless them through us. Either by prayer that the world refuses or the actions that God has has charger us will, loving the enemies, sinners, to help the poor and the widows. Too often have we forgotten the work because of salvation.
Seeing such a diverse group sing about being the body of Christ gave me chills! We are called to be one body, but often dont't live that way. May God help us to see our true calling.
If we thought about these words every day, the road to sainthood would be much more attainable. Thank you for inspiring us with your beautiful voice. This is also the perfect melody
Why does this song make me cry each time I listen!!! I am unworthy of the great commission He had given to us. How can a mortal fragile sinful soul be His eyes, hands and feet. Only God can do it.
If we are dissatisfied with the condition of the world, if we are anxious and disturbed, if we cannot bear the pain we see around us, if we cannot stomach injustice, indignity, and lack of compassion, we have only a mirror to see we are the hands, the feet, the answer and God is waiting for us to move.
You know what I love about Josh, is that he is not afraid to be different and set apart in this world! Brother you inspire us to sing for Jesus our Messiah. We ALL will be singing to our King in unison in Heaven like this one day. Amen
If we take things out of context then the theology is incorrect but within the context of the song, it means we are the body of Christ here on " earth ". We don't see Jesus walking around the streets of Jerusalem now or anywhere physically for that matter. It is us as His Representative and that's what the song is trying to relay that we are to carry on His work by Him living in us and doing the work of the kingdom here on Earth.
Toka Chishi Embassador for Christ 2 Corinthians 5:20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech youby us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.
this song profoundly moves me in jan 2021...a fellow writer, a poet, same age as Josh looks in this video, gave up life a few days ago, he took it, utterly alone & despairing, due to Covid. I only knew too late...this song reminds me how our hands, feet, voices are so vital as we touch other's lives on our journey here on earth...remember that when you meet strangers who appear to have it all but are deeply alone inside 💕
Incredible! I know Christ lives and lives in each of us. Miracles exist even in a world where people believe less and less. I believe in Christ and have a strong testimony in Him as my Rock. Love it Josh🤙🏼

A startling and sobering reminder. The Lord tells us through Paul that we are His body. 🙏 Definitely encouraging to hear and be reminded of. May the LORD our Banner make this truth a reality in all of His children's hearts!

This song is so beautiful, powerful and peaceful at the same time. That build up to where everyone joins in and sings at 3:00 is amazing! It's how I imagine a choir of angels to sing. Magnificent! God bless everyone who took part in this celebration of Christ!
Christ has a glorified body and is risen forever. Yet, He does choose to work through the Church as His means of grace. Just saying. God's peace be with you.
I love the range of his voice from a deep baritone , almost bass to the counter tenor. Never heard one like it before. Lovely to have it dedicated to out Gracious Lord. K
viewing this song from a sinners perspective is so incredible, that it depends on us to allow God in us to make decisions in life. We are not prefect but with God and his words we can make better decisions
Absolutely beautiful especially when the choir comes into it! The church is the Body of Christ here on earth. Christ has not oly reconciled us to God but also given us the ministry of reconciliation with God making His appeal through us (2 Corinthians 5:20).
And now, little children, abide in him, so that when he appears we may have confidence and not shrink from him in shame at his coming. If you know that he is righteous, you may be sure that everyone who practices righteousness has been born of him.

The woman signing made me think about how we have different languages and can learn them basically to a degree. I've heard and thought about the Holy Spirit being tied to language. A Trinity glue. I think that any amazing powers one attributes to God are well-placed. In our everyday lives, the Holy Spirit seems to get forgotten. Our use of language reminds us of him. I'm probably going to join the Roman Catholic church because mainline churches where I live in D.C. are so focused on being progressive that they've reimagined the creeds. This video appealed to me and made me think about language. I think the Trinity is the answer to everything. Well, that would be Jesus. This video works well with that. Thanks again.

That's why it's called 'ART'. A Song not a Teaching.
Poetry is a vessel for teaching, is it not? Every poem usually has a moral.
This has reminded me that I am a vessel for Jesus Christ.. My life is not mine but His, that He may do His work through me..
We are the Church! We are the Messiahs instruments for love and mercy to the orphan, the widow, the immigrant, and to the world drowning in sin.

Just in time to boycott them for my Holiday Shopping!!! :(
This is so simple , almost unprofessional, vulnerable . Exactly as Jesus would want us to be. Im not sure i like all of Joshs other work , its very professional, styled , and probably very popular with young people . This however is completely different very anointed. Well done Josh , you've done something different , brave that really brings our Lord close. I keep hearing you in my head ! Have to listen to this every day ! God bless yoj. Kaytey
