    I appreciate the effort, but I have lots of problems with this video. Spraying high-pressure hose on the floor will aerosolize bacteria from the floor, and bacteria can remain aerosolized for up to 4 hours, plus they can migrate up into cooling units. Also, a worker is scrubbing a floor with hands(?). Then they are spraying the hose directly onto the drain! Some of the equipment isn't preferred hygienic design.

      I use sanitizer water more so and I let it sink. I use the contaminated till closing. To me its really simple but it depends who runs it. I have my program from learning from previous bosses but I agree with you 💯. You're spot on. The fact there's this to consider is something department need to understand
