I agree, best race in along time. I had a blast in dry and wet. What back tire where you using? I had Dunlop AT81 and it was terrible. Luckily, I was not running mousse and I could drop air pressure mid storm to make a little bit better.
race started out dry and dusty, then ended up a mudfest. I got a piece of mud on the camera on the second lap so I cut everything out until the rain came and washed my camera some. I did leave the blue lines in for educational purposes. I showed how not to go over the rock, I did get it clean the 3rd time. The last 20 minutes or so is me trying to survive. For those riders who finished that 4th lap congrats.
Does TCCRA allow non racers to ride the track on Saturday before the Sunday races, or racers only? If so, is it for part of the day or full day? Thinking of going to spectate/ride the track, but not looking to race. If someone could let me know, thanks.
Well... that definitely solved the dust problem.. Glad I had the second race.. That looked brutal
It was good for 3 1/2 laps then it turned ugly very quickly

@@ramonsuarez1893 very smart move on lowering the tire pressure! And I’m running a 20 year old tire my dad had in his shop haha it’s a Dunlop D752.

I am not much of a mudder. I was just in survival mode. If you weren’t out there on that last lap the video doesn’t do justice to how slick it was

Yes you can practice on Saturday. You have to pay normal fees but you do not have to purchase a race entry. You can pretty much ride all day.
