If the pvp rework implements a total match timer, the the entire competitive scene will die.

I stoped icigool with my soul burst krakaloa before bc they soul bursted then i soul bursted and with very smart dire breath or eruption it one shoted it and it out speeds since it has 12 base speed and bane of haste was up lol
So would this year be a soulburst nevermare and soul burst akhalos? I hope it is i can see the model crossing trough my mind

actually i think the terisdecent is the best icigool stopper right now. he have three moves types that deals super effective moves and he have the watcher ability.

And also, My conclusions on some of these 'confirmed' nerfs u have. Tournaments happened ago. So, I want to give my insights.
Mutagon losing Quick Punch, as it's only STAB Priority move. Pretty much not noteworthy, even though pivots like Deludrix can now break down Tank Muta. SA is not recommendable anymore!
Charonyx losing Lightspeed Ray. Eh, PoM is now recommendable to replace it. Magnify ain't worth it anymore. But still, I would call it mid because most PvPers like me prefer Jellusa more than that.
Zuelong losing Fire Breath. Boy, Now this thing is obviously walled by Terraform Gastroak, a Loomian I saw won a tournament from Scorch (LL PvP TH-camr)
Obsidrugon losing Body Crash. Damn, back to the drawing board even with the Resilience Nerf.
If I make a usage tier list regarding these nerfs. Here's the 'nerfed' list:
Mutagon: Uber >> OU
Charonyx: OU >> UUBL
Zuelong: OU >> UU
Obsidrugon: OU >> UU
