Always a pleasure my friend, so very happy you stopped by, trusted in me to help you, liked and subbed as well as took a moment out of your day to thank me. It means a ton to me and I am so very happy I could help you.
There are a few, but here are some of the key differences Thoroughness: A clean install is more thorough, completely wiping the drive, while “Reset this PC” may leave some remnants of garbage from the previous install, yup, including virus'. Convenience: “Reset this PC” is more convenient and quicker, as it doesn’t require external media and handles driver reinstallation automatically. Like in life, the easy way isn't always the best. Customization: A clean install allows for more customization during setup, such as partitioning the drive. Choosing between the two depends on your specific needs and the issues you’re facing. If you need a completely fresh start, a clean install is the way to go. For a quicker refresh that retains some data, “Reset this PC” is a good option. I may make a video on this, stay tuned.

One thing I don't do even though ive been warned a zillion times is, backing up my stuff. Especially my professional documents, and stuff i need for school/work. Do u have a video on how to use different ways to back up my stuff? I really don't like having my stuff on the cloud
Well, I am not the best example of backing up, but maybe I will work that into another video, let me see if I can put something together although this is where I store all my videos, it may help you: th-cam.com/video/QTra0THxQ6g/w-d-xo.html
I purchased a Lenovo Loq laptop and performed a clean installation of the operating system. However, I extracted all the original drivers from the device...using DISM command...
Thanks bud, yeah I used DISM a lot at Velocity Micro for Vista, 7 and 10, at Alienware it was more OSCDIMG since XP, though that was for CD's.... Loading the WIM for sure you can gather all the files, but it seems kind of silly since they are old, its always best to grab the latest files off of the support site for your laptop. If you know the exact model number I can help you find them.

how is this different compared to using the 'Reset this PC' option in Windows 11?

Strange, I gave you a thumbs up 👍🏼 and the counter still shows zero. Anyway, a very good video.
Thanks so much bud, I truly appreciate it.
