some designers refuse to care about function as a kitchen without a stove top , over head exhaust is inexcusable. Down draft does not, i repeat does not work so smell , smoke, micro grease goes every where on furniture, walls, and your house. pompous and poor designers that would scare me what else are they doing that you don't see until too late ...would never buy a home from these types. Ha, this home has an elevator, but there is no way for a old, or disabled person ( over 30% of the populace ) to get to it because of unnecessary stars , down from garage, then up again?
