Terry’s level 3 is a legitimate DP just like Ryu’s and will still do a lot of damage on hit even when the special animation is not played. In other words we shouldn’t jump on him at all when he has meters.

The crouching is just in his animation, i don’t think he’s actually crouching when the animation for power wave is over. Worked the same way in any other game beforehand
