Karakol is a religious procession-dance performed during fiestas in Cavite. It is accompanied by folk music played by the live marching band or with recorded music. As soon as the image (patron saint) is brought out of the Church, the people start to dance their hearts out in showing their sincere devotion and love for Saint John The Baptist (San Juan de Bautista), particularly for the residents of Barangay Tanzang Luma, City of Imus, province of Cavite.
