Personally for me, I was a very low EQ person who always use to complain everything if something goes wrong. But now after practicing meditation for last 1 month constantly, I believe that it has helped me a lot in my professional life. I became more calmer than what I was earlier with my emotions. Talking about mathematics is something I am constantly trying to learn new ways and techniques on how to calculate percentages & ratios faster than others by just looking at the data.
