I have colleagues here who take hormone replacement therapy because they are struggling mentally, to the point that they feel like they are out of their minds. It's scary, and sad that Filipinos don't talk about how difficult menopause is. "Ah menopause lang yan" is not a good statement, because it is very difficult. Let's be more compassionate and understanding sa mga Nanay, Mama natin who are undergoing menopause.
