    My nutritionist turned me on to you guys, and through watching your videos, (especially the 750 calorie burner 🔥) combined with eating better and walking, I've lost 40 lbs and counting in the last 10 months!!! I truly can't thank you guys enough!! Keep up the amazing work you do!!

I did this video (th-cam.com/video/Pe0INYxAHuw/w-d-xo.html) 3 days a week, and this dumbell one (th-cam.com/video/U644izjHpgQ/w-d-xo.html) once a week, although now I'm doing both twice, and I am going to have more variety after a couple months once I get used to doing each one of them with full intensity. Paired with walking roughly 8-10k steps 4-6 days per week, having a balanced diet with lots of protein, and a caloric deficit, although it's better to lose weight slower and eat more then to eat less and be hungry every day, because that will only lead to gaining weight back and going up and down. You're building healthy habits for life, more importantly then the weight, and with those habits your results will be a side benefit. Don't be discouraged when starting out by not being able to finish them, I could barely get through half the first time, but you have to keep pushing yourself. Amino Acid powder also helped me with stamina. Good luck!!

    Loved this quick, but super effective shoulder workout! Just what I was looking for to tack on to an intense lower body strength circuit. After that, it's nice to round out the workout with a bit of upper body work 💪. My muscles were burning, and each 2nd set, I went up in weight to challenge myself. Thanks Hasfit, I'm so glad to see you back!

    When I started following your workouts a few months ago I couldn't manage the straight arm reverse delt fly with even my lightest weights and had to use household items to make up the weight 😩but today I powered through with ordinary weights and I'm so proud of myself! Thank you HASfit ❤❤

    After 3 months of rest from post surgery due to cerebral palsy, I’m finally able to start lifting again. Thought I’d try something new and my shoulders are a weaker spot for me so this was great! Really enjoyed it! :)

    Could I do these alongside my physiotherapy for torn rotator cuffs in both shoulders? My movement is better every week, after months of intensive physio, and I can't wait to get back on weights. Appreciate any advice 💚🌱🌍

      In conjunction with a calorie controlled diet, it will help you lose fat. If you're in a consistent calorie deficit over time, you will lose fat. You can't out-exercise a bad diet.

    The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.
