By opening a real estate company itself, can I rent the houses on bed spaces, partitions, rooms sharing, etc. I mean, I will invest myself for renting the good properties directly from buyer. But I want to do by business and not as an individual. I have good investment and can take 10+ properties on rent and then sub-lease (ofcourse with the proper consent from landlord/owner) as per my business model. IS MY UNDERSTANDING CORRECT?
