The best way is to just set the alarm! The first few days will be tough but it WILL get easier

I am still not a morning person. Had a tough past 2 weeks and had an exam in the morning, I wrote it half asleep. I hope I passed at least, I've been so exhausted. Seeing your videos is always therapeutic. One more exam and then I am done. I have a two week break so I'll rest for the rest of this week and start studying next week... lets goooo, after a few naps
I always say: you can cry/sleep as much as you want after that exam. But before it, you are not allowed. You still have the power to make or break the exam. Just gotta keep pushing!!

For me personally, it doesn't really matter what kind of study vlog it is. I just like the ones that are typically more lengthy, like longer than 20-minute ones.

Whatt i was just trying to have a morning routine 😂
I legit get 10 alarms to make myself wake up on time but then i turn off all in the morning and sleep AGAIN-
Set your alarm away from your bed so you have to get out of bed to turn it off
@@NathanWu my little sibling sleeps in my room so I can't even do that or else she'll be awake, I'm so stressed about it even tho I'm saying it in a joking way, i don't even sleep well to wake up early

My first exam is on 5th of december and i have 8 more subjects to study 😭😭😭
Make sure you're studying in regards to difficulty priority not which comes first!
I used to wake up at 6AM for many years. But ever since April this year,, I've been having a hard time waking up really early (I tend to wake up between 8 and 9AM on weekends, 7AM on weekdays for university). Idk if I'm just getting "old" (I'm 23) or if the internship I started back then and the start of my last Master-year have just been really demanding.
Till what time do you work in the evenings? I often find myself working on projects until 9:30-10 PM and I wonder if that has something to do with it. I'm majoring in Project Management so I have absolutely no background in Health and therefore really don't know.
You need to be consistent. I wake up the same time on the weekends as weekdays. This will ensure your body knows what to expect. It avoids that groggy feeling
