Sometimes is very difficult to apologize.
Firstly, you can say sorry from your mind. And doing it more often will make you find easy to say sorry out.
Apologize is easy to say 'I'm sorry'. But it is not useful and make definitely lose in believe of other person when it's worth could not change.
