The mini soccer is called futsal! Very popular in Japan. When we lived there both my kids played futsal. Its an indoor/outdoor soccer hybrid from Brazil.
Nice vlog Ken. Nice views from the wheel. It was way better shape than the one at Tokyo Dome. WOW, The HUB empty...grrrrrrrr not like the one we were in in Shinjuku lol
That wheel ride looked breathtaking. The "mini soccer" looks like a game that is popular in the UK - we call it 5 A Side Football; mostly played indoors on a small pitch between two teams of 5 (as the same suggests). Mostly played by kids of primary school age.
The ticket for the Farris wheel didn't seem expensive to me, and the view, wow!! All the display desserts you showed us in the vid- wow!!! I would die in foodie heaven!! Another awesome vlog!! Thank you, Ken!! 😃😎
That Ferris Wheel looked cool! If you ever get to New York City, check out the Wonder Wheel out on Coney Island. Each cars axels ride on a oddly shaped looping track. At some point as the wheels turns, your car slides down the track. Incredible engineering for that time period.
@Emilioooo Sorry. For the late reply to you. I never said Osaka was bad. I only said Tokyo is better. If anybody wanted to live in Osaka, I would say do it for a year or 2. You might get bored and want out soon. Tokyo has more parks. More museums. A lot is just ... nicer. If you want to hit the nightlife hard .. or want regular easy access to Kyoto, Nara, Hiroshima, etc. then Osaka might be a good centrally located place to live.
I’m addicted to your Japan vlogs, keep them coming lol
Another great vid ken hope you had fun
Thanks Sean
A lot of great scenery. That steam punk decor on the bar was a surprise. That was a lot of work. 👋😀
Lovely vlog, like always Hopefully see more of Japan!!
Thank you
Another great vlog Ken!
Thanks Joe
Osaka is very nice city. I was living in Osaka 1992-1995. Osaka is paradise of food and nice people are nice too. I really want to live again.
Very cool stuff Ken!
Thank you
Thank You For taking us With you

Great vlog, thanks Ken. I must admit though, I do miss the ‘long travel vlog’ days.
Cheers

I'll check it out one day, thanks
Very cool.
Thanks Dan
Looks like something from Blade Runner, very cool but a little weird.
Wow the song you used near the end sounds like London calling from The Clash.. very cool!
Good work buddy
some nice views of the city
Yes they were
That dessert place.. wow!
I should have done a review there but I needed to eat the Okonomiyaki
¥600 buys you one rotation? Slow and steady ---do you remember how long it took to go all the way around?
Probably 15-20 minutes which was just long enough
I cant do that ride. I'm scared of heights.
I did it for you :D
You're brave unlike me
Not to mention earthquakes as well
Osaka seems much more relaxed than Tokyo and the food looks better. Would you recommend going here if you are limited in time visiting Japan vs Tokyo?
I've lived in both. I would never choose Osaka over Tokyo. If you live in Japan, Osaka is cool to check out.

Waiting for the videos with paul and the others!
that ferris wheel would be better if it went round really fast
Wait. It is inside a mall? Amazing
Well, on top :D
You could have done a quick review while at the top ..
Oh gosh no! That ferris wheel would not be happening.
That food you were eating was moving....Not fully cooked yet? lol
Fish flakes moving from the heat, not alive
Thank goodness for that. You never know in Japan ;)
