PB110 sounds cleaner and more detailed PB310 is louder at high volume and has better bass, but I would rather have two PB110 in tws mode with all the features it has on the jbl partybox app, you can even control the extra bass from the app on the 110
I'd rather have two 310s than two 110s... what's your point? Two is pretty much always going to sound better than one. I'd take two 310s over a 710. Two 710s over a 1000.
@@AtaraxyVAL Nope. A 110 goes for about $400, so $800 for 2 of them. A single 310 goes for $500. One 310 is only about $100 more than one 110. So, yes, two 110s may sound better than one 310, but it's going to cost you roughly $300 more. I am just using a single 710 right now and love it.
Hello! I recently heard someone on TH-cam presenting speakers... that the Jbl 310 update to 1,550 worsens the sound, not improves it. The bass is weaker after the update. Is it true? Did you update them?

Not a great idea. Sell the 110 and get a second 310 instead and run them in proper stereo mode. Sound is a lot nicer getting a proper balanced L/R channel than running a bunch of mono speakers.
I am trying to decide between 2 JBL 110s for $800 or a single 310 for $550. Could you give me a recommendation please? I will be using this in my living room/ kitchen/patio/garage and beach. I also plan to connect this to an outdoor projector setup for movies occasionally. That's why I was originally leaning towards 2 110s to get stereo but it sounds like the sound on the 310 has a fuller extended range but seems to be much bulkier so less portable so I am torn.

110, no brainer. I have both, and use more the 110 gor my gatherings. If you host raves and you are a DJ at paid events, 310 is goof for you.
