Gran Turismo's Most Iconic Feature is Outdated

Gran Turismo's license test system is outdated. Too many games in modern times require lots of third party information to master certain skills, strategies, or even get new players on their feet in some cases. In my view, Gran Turismo suffers from the lack of fundamental driving education in the game. Sure, license tests are a good way to train, but for brand new players it tends to leave them needing way more info than given.
There's a way for Gran Turismo to become the absolute best source for new drivers without the need for third parties like TH-cam and forums. This is what I came up with. Enjoy!
