They should have their own rooms. You didn’t get a house for guests, you got it for your family who is there all the time ❤️
Ahmir should definitely get his own room! The room with the French doors (tv room) could even be used as his room since it’s essentially the smallest. The loft area can be the tv/lounge area.
I think the boys should definitely have their own rooms!! Guest will probably rarely visit, the boys have their own personalities they probably have different visions for their rooms.. but I get you guys! Congratulations on the house and the move! I love it! 🥰

Hello Lee family, congratulations on your beautiful home I love it and you have a nice side yard, take care and cherish it until next time peace.
Option 1:
Everyone that lives there permanently/full time should have their own room and when guests come over they can sleep on a pull out couch/air mattress in the loft area or have ahmir sleep in qj's room until they leave.
Option 2:
The rooms attached to the jack & jill bath could be shared between the boys and ahvi can get the bigger guest room and guest can sleep on a pull out/air mattress in the living room and or loft.
Option 3: all your kids can have their own room (boys have rooms on each side of jack & jill bath),and when guests come the kids sleep in the loft until the guest leave.
Option 4: if the boys are sharing give them the bigger room with the separate bath and have ahvi share the jack & jill bath with the guest (assuming you turn that room across from her into a guest room).
Option 5: Everyone have there own room (boys share jack & jill bath), ahvi has bigger room share hall bath with guest & guest have an option of sleeping on a pull out couch/air mattress/ Murphy bed in either the living room, loft area, and or the small room with the double doors and also the loft can be turned into a movie room/guest space/game room.
Guest aren't permanent your kids are. But these are just suggestions lol!
P.s. I'm not buying a house based on guest I'm buying based on who lives there full time not part time lol.
Amir should have his own room. You don't buy a house for guest you buy it for your family. When company come the boys can bunk together and the guest can sleep in Amir's room. Make the loft a play room for the kids with a TV, game tables and a sofa. This will allow you to keep them out of your livingroom. I Love Y'all.

I honestly think Ahvi should have her own room and bathroom due to her age and privacy. I think the boys can use the bathroom in the hallway. You won't have guests 365 days of the year and they can shower wherever when you have guests. The house is beautiful. You could buy a shed and put a pool table in the shed in the backyard. Do what you like it's just a thought. I am happy for your family. Blessings. Congratulations 👏

The boys should have their own room. When guest come to visit then the boys temporarily share space until the guest is gone. You won't have company that often it makes no sense to make them share rooms when you won't have guest that often. Congratulations on your new beautiful home!

I am so super excited for all of you! You all have worked so hard and it is so gratifying to see God work in your lives. I think that front entrance area the foyer would look nice with a family picture canvas and that front space maybe for hanging coats like an up to date modern mud room idea but more of a mudspace. If not that may be just a place for you all to sit your mail or keys but like a really nice mail desk or a counsel table. I love the idea of a home theater with some black out curtains you could get rid of the sun coming in when you don’t want it to. Congratulations on your new home!

sporadically & when that happens you can either have the boys bunk up or have your guest sleep in a hotel. Everyone should have their own room though.
