FYI, I followed up with WPvivid on this issue and today received the following reply to my ticket: Hi Kevin, Just want let you know that after discussing your case in the team, we think it is reasonable to add an option of deleting all rollback backup files and have decided to do so. Annoying indeed!I did't know this function untill I got emails from my host warning me about suspicious code in the rollback zips. Do you know if these zipped outdated plugins could be a security issue?

I'm no security expert, but I'd imagine that it would be highly unlikely. There wouldn't be any code to exploit.
