Hi I remember making the back boxes. some times when they are made. They fall out of the moulding machine they would fall on each other and knock pin/s out. It`s a good chance it`s not been used. Buy the look of things it has not been.
What Year exactly were these Bellboxs installed? A Few Houses on my road have them Integra Alarms Fitted in White with Red Strobes by Malgor Security and the houses were built around 1978/79. Just didn't know if these alarms were that old or not.

Beautiful Integra! I didn’t think it would have a huge speaker in it, your old red one had a piezo.
It's a shame I can't do a side by side comparison, still, if I had my old Ted box I might not have bought this one.

I think they are from 1991 or something, 2 of mine are from 1992
