I saw them play this when the second album came out. A while later, I saw Darryl Way's Wolf and he said " we wrote this coming up in the van so you probably haven't heard it." Sheer magic!
Got the white label pressing with 2 cardboard inserts showing the picture disc design. On the white cover in says in felt pen "here it now inside". Later I met up with Sonya and she autographed it.
I really love this especially towards the middle to the very end of this experimental sounds this otherworldly is so beautiful thank you for sharing this great piece of music
Live equipment wasn't the quality it was back than compared to now. The whole point of the live recordings for music of this era is the rawness of it. Understandably the live recordings are a whole different listening experience that may not be that easy on the ears and takes time to get used to (even I struggle with some live recordings).
Curved Air. Vivaldi. Incredible !!
Rick Wakeman describes Vivaldi as the classical equivalent of Prog Rock. His Four Seasons confirms that in spades.
My uncle Kirby joined Curved Air following the break up of Armada ❤ Love hearing their old stuff 😊
this is so mind blowing. all i can say is: even when i am alone, i stop and applaud like a crazy personn

Fantastic band, joy of my Youth
We just don't get bands of this calibre today
Curved Air… Wow, what a blast from the past.

Heard this for the 1st time on Planet Rocks long player. Absolutely amazing.
Is that Darryl Way on violin? Can someone confirm this?
Great version......Love the little jam that occurs early on.
that's the masterpiece right there! WOW
The Violin was played through a Mood set up by Richard Wagners grandson

Such riveting, bombastic art.
Amazing something this good has only 13k views in 5 years.
Hardly anyone has heard of them except myself-unfortunate.
Made it to 52K in ten yrs now:)
Only discovered them 2 years ago. The problem with living in America.
Great experimental rock and classical fusion !
Na minha opinião, uma das melhores bandas de rock progressivo!

FAR OUT.
Español Yeah !!
The origanal Four Seasons is far more mind blowing!
9:11 …………. OUCH!!! Just because a sound CAN be made on a synthesizer does NOT mean that it should be.
This Vcs3 synth was early 1970 English and used by The Who Pink floyd and others

I wish they sticked to this stuff and not make those other standard rock songs
Shame the audio is so badly out of sync with the video.....

Is that Copeland in drums? The traditional grip says yes but it doesn’t look like him
I could be wrong but I think it's Florian Pilkington-Miksa.
Stewart Copeland started in 1974 in Curved Air
That is Florian.
@@bobgreen623 It's that one.
Did they invent symphonic rock?
Is Jobson in violin?
No, that's Darryl Way. He co-wrote a lot of the band's material along with Sonia Kristina (under her professional name Linwood).
Utter tripe.
