Yes, this would more efficient than a radiant heat system. Europe has different housing and architecture so the system available to you would be different than in America.
The videos I make are to educated and teach consumers about the installation, features, and benefits of new Carrier heating and air conditioning systems.

How do you change the air filter on this system?

It is based on sq/ft of room, ceiling height, insulation, windows, etc...
