Its probably worth pointing out there is a snack bowl in Simeons you can load up on snacks. I wasted so much money at the liquor stores paying for snacks when i started.
I've played GTA5 from day 1 and started Online full time in 2018. I am far from a beginner. But I love to see what beginners should watch out for I do on a daily basis as if it's natural
I think the executive office is a pretty good starter for grinding. You get the payphone hits, the security contract hits and the Dre mission (when it works). The payphone and security are pretty quick and have a decent payout for early grinding. You also get a helicopter which is helpful early on.
Fyi.. you just described the agency, which is a different business than the executive office. I would recommend the bunkers as the executive office is a bit dated for making money as it was like the 2nd dlc to ever come to gta online. Also, like tacos said, you can grind out the first dose missions while the bunker works in the background and get the acid lab essentially free as well.

The warehouses cost millions and you have to also pay another additional money to buy the crates, and the profit isn't even as good as Cluckin Bell Farm Raid. In addition new players can also very easily crash a titan into a building and lose all the products.

Also in the auto shop business your basic color paints are free. that is a nice addition to buying the Auto Shop. The Sparrow is so much better then the Buzzard. The Sparrow rapid fires faster then the Buzzard which is why i favor the Sparrow over the Buzzard.

He meant if you have the money to ONLY buy the kotsatka OR the buzzard, buy the kotsatka and then you only have to do the cayo heist once to have the money to buy the sparrow.
Great tips Tacos. I made a second character, low stress: Only Bunker, Hangar, Kosatka, Agency, and Darnell. This setup, every Stash House I raid will 100% resupply the Chumach Bunker, make my day!
I'm almost rank 2,100 and have $600 million. Id say just do the executive route and grind vip work. Sourcing those crates is waaaaay too time consuming and repetitive. Your number one goal should be to acquire the armored boxville so that way you can do the vip work: fortified. You don't have to do anything during fortified you can just idle during that job. Make it a goal to get the acid lab as well. Id say it's the easiest money .
Something else I'd recommend for new players is to do the spray tags and animal photography. That's a super easy $200k each day and they go on double pay fairly often.
You unlock it after doing a heist with Lester. Buy a high end apartment from dynasty8 real estate (not executive) cheapest that is eligible to launch is approx 150k.
Maybe good to know for people that cant find the 'dax missions', they start at the R (Ron) (just left of sandy shores) on the map, after you complete the first mission it changes to D (Dax).
Good luck for a new player to find the first dose mission where you located it on your video. To actually start it, you need to go to Ron near Sandy Shore. Witout that, you don't have Dax on your map.

For the starter business get executive u will have a crate warehouse n u can do vip work as much as u want the other businesses are not as great nightclub u should buy it after u buy at least 5 other businesses biker i love it but its second best i consider it better than bunker because u get bike workshop and club contracts i love the biker businesses though but i know its not for everyone
You can do vip work without being a CEO so buying an office is pointless. The crate warehouse are also far less efficient for beginners. You may utilize the time it takes to do much better things
Great video. One extremely helpful tip I wish more inexperienced players knew is to just hard close the game if they do get attacked during a business sale and it looks like failure is imminent. Then try again in a new lobby. I've met many players who say they only sell in private lobbies because its safer, not realizing how much money they are sacrificing. A lot of the time you get left alone anyhow but if it does look like a player is going to destroy your goods, just quickly close the game. Your cargo will still he there when you start up again. Well worth it for the almost 50% bonus you can get IMO.
Beginner tip: if you want to play in public lobbies, buy the new Jester RR widebody. It's the only vehicle that comes stock with homing missile jamming.

I was somewhere between level 30 and level 60 when I realized that there was an interaction menu 😅

Yes correct, I got the Sparrow without doing the Cayo thing.

I think you only need to meet Lester after lvl 11 then the option becomes available after lvl 21

ive come so close to making elite on cayo ik i suck i got 16 mins i was sooo mad i done it 3x in last two days
If you do it stealth, it usually takes about 10 minutes using the Longfin. With the Kosatka approach, you can do it in 6-7 minutes.
Ceo office also gives you Vehicle Warehouse. Why do you keep ignoring it in your videos? 😂
