The fact that OK Go still exists proves that MTV made a mistake when they stopped showing music videos. They have a niche audience, yes, and they make money doing it, but, it's created just as many critics to how they've done it, too.
The internet kind of makes a network like MTV redundant. Before the internet Here It Goes Again probably would have gotten big through MTV but it's a different landscape now.
@Timothy Young That's all true. But, MTV transitioned away from music videos before the internet was what it became even in 2007. I feel like they abandoned ship early on a platform that they didn't need to do. But, meh. The internet would've stolen their bread and butter eventually anyhow, so it IS a moot point.
I'm curious enough to google this one for a ballpark figure. They're all the same design, so they're probably new and they probably aren't especially top-of-the-line. A 'good not great' treadmill here seems to cost about $300 Australian, so we're talking $212 USD each, meaning apparently you could remake this video for about $1272 USD. Not including the silver backdrop, which I assume costs something too.
Theoretically you could probably convince a local gym to let you borrow the treadmills for a night for like, say, 200$ or something, and bam, you have a video that looks like it probably costs 1500$ to make using like 200$ instead. Its all about making it look like it was more expensive than you actually paid. Or about paying as little as possible while still making it look expensive, either or.
As one of the old OK Go superfan “boardies” it was really fun watching your perspective on the band and their works. I do want to mention two things though: I think if you look at them outside of their singles, they don’t seem as much that they’re trying to ride trends. Of The Blue Color Of The Sky is heavily inspired by Prince and is largely a sad take on the lead singers failed marriage. It’s depressing but enchanting and not as poppy as the singles they promote. Also, above anything. I want to emphasize that the band LOVES what they’re doing. I really don’t think they think of making videos as just a way to gain traction. They genuinely love getting their ideas out and I don’t think they view mediums as competing. But that’s just from what I’ve heard them say in interviews. But yeah, wonderful video! Its great seeing people still talk about them even as they’re between albums.
All I really knew of them was from when they opened for TMBG -- they put on one hell of a live show. Was interesting to see them blow up on youtube so many years later.
I rediscover them every like 3-5 years, binge all their videos, and then ignore them for another quarter- to half-decade. I'm even subbed to them but I'm not gonna watch any of their stuff until my next binge.
Franz Ferdinand kinda fizzled out too. Everyone remembers "Take Me Out", especially because of the weird video, and I think they had... maybe one?... other hit song that never really did anything for them, and they just disappeared from mainstream public. Kinda like Modest Mouse. Everyone remembers "Float On" (that song came along at a time that I really needed it - I had lost a friend in a car accident and I was just inconsolable and numb, but then I started seeing the music video for "Float On" played on VH1 and MTV, and I watched it and listened to the song, and for a brief moment, any time I heard the song, I felt a little better -- so it's a very personal song for me) and then they tried to have a second hit, I don't remember the name of the song, but the video depicted a young boy, who I guess has no friends and doesn't have a good relationship with his father, playing with the band and the band are all dressed up as crows or ravens and I think it was meant to be inferred that because this young boy is alone he uses his imagination to invent friends or something... but it didn't do anything for them like "Float On" did so they, like Franz Ferdinand, retreated from the spotlight. Although I do remember seeing online, before the internet became what it is today, that there was a lot of discussion going on about Modest Mouse being a "big" indie band, and a lot of their more devoted fans "informing" the clueless casuals about how Modest Mouse was a big deal in the "indie"/"alt-rock" world and getting offended at others calling them "One Hit Wonder" or "irrelevant".
@@cannibalisticrequiemI mean you could technically call Modest Mouse a one hit wonder but they're definitely not irrelevant. They have some really good music outside of Float On.
I think ok go is an extremely underrated band, and that comparison to imagine dragons was a little uncalled for. Where imagine dragons is a souless arena rock band, ok go regularly expierements with different instruments and genres. They create catchy, diverse songs that are sadly overshadowed by their videos.
Lucipurr Todd's videos are great but I'm not going to watch this as I know it will trigger me as a longtime OK go fan and defender. Glad you put it out there for me
Imagine Dragons isn't really my kind of music but I feel like calling them "soulless arena rock" is a bit disingenuous. They are pretty clearly talented pop rock song writers and musicians. I don't see them as being very similar to OK Go, but not because Imagine Dragons are horrible and OK Go are amazing.
Even if OK Go technically qualifies as one hit wonder quantitatively I never expected them to show up on here. They've definitely carved out an odd niche.
Wait... OK GO only had one hit?! So much of their music is really enjoyable and their videos are INCREDIBLE. "This Too Shall Pass" has a Marching Band version that is a different but totally enjoyable version of the song. But yeah, their very much a music video band over just a song band, which is a cool niche to be in.
As he stated: yes. It's the only song that charted. It happens so much with rock bands. Very popular among fans, but outside of that bubble: nothing. And it's true what Todd says: I've seen most clips once when they came out, only to see what they did next... and then completely forgot about the song.
For context, the Grateful Dead only ever had one song (Touch of Grey in 1987) crack the top 10. Creep is still one of Radiohead's most successful singles (I think it was topped by Nude, which came out 15 years later). And Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon didn't have any "hits" per se (Money did respectably in some countries as a single) despite the album remaining in the charts for decades. Certain bands and artists just exist outside the world of hit songs. Some of them quite comfortably.
Yeah they are a bit Imagine Dragons-y but still better than Imagine Dragons. I'd rather have one of their songs being played to death than "Thunder" (WHY DOES HIS VOICE GO HIGH PITCHED ON THUNDER THAT'S THE OPPOSITE OF THUNDER)
@@merchantfan Of the Imagine Dragons songs I've heard I can tolerate some of them. I don't find them particularly interesting and I can see why people don't like them. But I definitely can't stand Thunder. I'd much rather hear anything from OK Go.
"This too shall pass" is probably my favourite song by OK Go. Though I'm surprised you didn't mention their marching band version of that song/video, if nothing else I'd be really interested to know how they ended up with two entirely different videos for it (of course that's also the reason why the other one has "Rube Goldberg Machine" in its title)
What, no mention of their cover of the muppet show theme song? The one moment is probably one of my all-time favorite songs. Give OKGO more credit, Todd!
I legitimately love OK GO. They have some absolutely fantastic songs like That One Moment and End Love, and all of their videos are amazing (looking at you again, That One Moment).
I was actually really in to OK Go's first album. Their original rhythm guitarist Andy was the half-brother of my best friend in middle school. Later when she was the vocalist in a band I played in, Andy came and jammed with us for a practice and when he nailed the solo for Crazy Train, I realized he was a much, MUCH better guitarist than anybody would guess from OK Go's first two albums (the only ones he played on). Really glad he found other work in the industry after he left the group.
Damn I didn't realize that I knew nothing of Don McLeans music outside of American Pie. That's such a big song you'd figure I'd know anything else about him at all
Okay, I get the other four (even though Aqua actually had a ton of other hits in Europe, but that's never stopped Todd with Eurodance acts), but McLean had not one, but two other US top 20 hits - "Vincent" was actually only his third biggest hit. He went top 5 in 1980 with a cover of Roy Orbison's "Crying".
You didn't have to compare them to Imagine Dragons, bro. That was kinda harsh. LOL I actually never paid them any mind when they were popular. But I definitely see some stuff worth checking out here.
I was expecting the whole video to hear Todd compare them to Peter Gabriel, who at the time also used a lot of techniques to make impressive music videos. But at least he compared them with the Cars, who were one of the first acts to win a MTV Music Award for Video of the Year.
I like ok go but Todd is right. If you listen to both they are both indie pop rock ish groups. That being said ok go is definitely more unique with their music experience.
Definitely a better band than Imagine Dragons by far, never really got into OK Go, but they are a far better band than ID, so please people, dont make those foolish comparisons.
I don't know. The band themselves have stated in interviews that their success on TH-cam has translated into almost nothing for record-based income. No record sales, very little streaming, poor concert attendance, etc. But then they have all those millions of TH-cam views. So....is that a success? As a band and rating their success like you typically do of a band, I would say no. As a TH-cam channel they are killing it. I guess it just depends on how you want to look at it.
I found “This Too Shall Pass” through the video, but it’s one of my favorite songs. It’s weird to think that others consider it unmemorable because I never forgot it after seeing the video.
The whole thing of emphasizing videos over the songs themselves kind of reminds me of early Devo. The spud boys originally wanted to do short films, but before home video became widespread, there wasn't a practical way to do that. So they gave up and started making records. (Heh, I wonder how many requests Todd gets for "Whip It"...)
Cash Krom Supernerd11 According to Wikipedia, Jocko Homo charted at 62 in the UK. Devo really never had a ton of commercial success other than Whip It, honestly, it’s not surprising why so many people think they’re one hit wonders.
@@cashkromsupernerd1193 "Jocko Homo" was a very minor hit. They had a couple other minor hits like their covers of "I Can't Get No Satisfaction" (41 in the UK Charts) and "Working in the Coal Mine (43 on the US Hot 100). Not to mention they are an incredibly influential band with a rabidly devoted fanbase. "Whip It" is by far their biggest song, but they had other songs that were successful enough that they arguably aren't one hit wonders. Honestly, Weird Al probably used Jocko Homo in that polka medley just because he is on the record as being a Devo fan. It is by far the most obscure song in that medley.
@@cashkromsupernerd1193 the only top 40 hit Devo had was "Whip It." They're among the groups that are one-hit wonders, but that people always balk at describing that way, given how prolific they are. Same thing with Jimi Hendrix. He's technically a one-hit wonder, too.
OK Go shares a spot with Meat Loaf and Gorillaz in that they're more like storytellers and performers than just musicians. I remember the feeling of Meat Loaf songs more than the actual lyrics or music, I remember Gorillaz' characters and music videos more than their individual songs, and I remember OK Go's gimmicks and creativity.
Really? Gorillaz? Come on, their songs are just as interesting as their visuals. Although I wouldn't be surprised if you're more of a "lore" guy than a "music" guy.
Personally, I think their inclusion into the original Rock Band song collection helped a ton in that as well. I loved playing the song on Rock Band, which drove me to TH-cam - rather than vice versa.
OK Go is a prisoner of their unique popularity. Even when they do release a great pop song ready for radio, like "I Won't Let You Go" with wry lyrics, a funky backbeat, and hooks galore, the video makes you think of drones and umbrellas.
This Too Shall Pass had another video version, where they marched with a marching band the whole time, I actually enjoyed that version more then the Rube one
FYI, the marching band is the University of Notre Dame marching band. Rumor is that’s partly due to them doing Here It Goes Again as part of a half time show. th-cam.com/video/SAXuGSOwFLI/w-d-xo.html Thanks Todd for using them in the credits!

OK Go’s cover of the “Muppet Show” theme is one of the best artist-song matchups since the “Saturday Morning Cartoon’s Greatest Hits” album in the ‘90s. The video for it is also pretty great, commenting on/mocking their earlier videos.
I saw OKGO open up for TMBG in January of 2001. They were extremely entertaining, and I still regret not buying their demo disc, cause they had some songs that never made it onto an album, including one where the lead singer shouts 'this is not the sound of a train!' as a train whistle plays in the background. I figured they'd just drop off the face of the earth until two years later I heard 'get over it' on of all places the Madden 2003 soundtrack. I was and still am super happy that they ended up with a nice long career.
Ok Go are definitely one of those "perfectly fine" bands. Not super memorable, but a few catchy hits. I'd never put them in my top 10 but I do occasionally hear one of their songs and go on a listening/video binge. They were definitely smart with their early videos and taking advantage of video sharing sites.
YESSS if he covers Yello he may talk about their record label for a while being Ralph Records, the record label started by The Residents, my favorite band!! Something tells me Todd wouldn’t be into them though lol
OK Go has always been one of my favorite bands. They’ve always been so creative and fun it keeps me coming back. They’re a huge musical influence to me and I’m anxiously waiting for a new album
Honestly, I appreciate all the work OK GO has put into their mini-masterpieces, and I had a blast binge-watching all the videos I could find a few years ago. Like you said, they found their niche and ran with it, and if their songs aren't brilliant enough to keep us satisfied, the promotional clips will definitely do the trick.
@@m.l6284 It's also the closest video to "Here It Goes Again" in term of feeling low budget that anyone could potentially do. Simple props and a few dogs... and one goat. The song is also probably my favorite of theirs.

5:04 lol that's cold-blooded, Todd. Good analysis. I like OK Go. "Oh No" is a great album that always reminds me of simpler times. Didn't realize how little success their actual music has had, but when I think about it you're right, I primarily think of them as the guys who make the cool, elaborate music videos. The music feels secondary now.
when I was a kid my parents' church had used This Too Shall Pass as the song for their "memories" video (made with early, shitty free photo montage site no less) and ever since then I've had a lot of nostalgia for OK Go songs & videos. a whole bunch of their videos were some of the first videos I ever saw on TH-cam and I remember watching them over and over when I was 11. I think my favorite song by them aside from this is I Won't Let You Down, the video is massively impressive but the song stands on its own really well as a fun disco-pop love song
As someone who is a massive fan of both OK Go's videos and music (yes, we exist!), thank you for doing this video! Plus, they only recently started incorporating videos into their tours. I saw them live once without that stuff and they still put on a remarkable show. For Here It Goes Again, they had tons of audience members come up on stage and dance with them while confetti fell.
OK Go is one of those bands that's just straight up good at music and ready to do what it takes to keep making it. I honestly have mad respect for them even though I'd never list them as a favorite band.
I don't know if I would call OK Go a One Hit Wonder. It's more like they have One Hit per album and it's whichever song got the stupidly complex video. However, I wanna see you talk about 'em and Here It Goes Again broke the internet when it came out, so I'mma let this one pass with a "Thanks, Todd"
0:54 You’ll get your ass DROPKICKED Also holy shit when Todd sung that little snippet of “Love Stinks” and he got to the “yeah yeahhh” part, he sounded actually good! Like, really good!
He thought it was funny to act like it was his songs in the videos, and the real singer was kind of annoyed because everyone is surprised he's the actual guy.
Ok Go got their own version of the Korg Volca Sampler. It had a custom enclosure and came pre-loaded with samples they used in their music. It was a massively successful collaboration that not only increased Volca sales, but made people like me who had kind of dismissed OK Go as "just another talented but uninspiring indie pop band" revisit their catalog.
I got to see these guys at a big end of summer concert and they had a fan join them for this song when their guitarist broke a string. It was a pretty fun set with some big confetti cannons
Todd you always make me feel something at the end of each video and it's really wired I feel like your closing the last chapter to an amazing book I feel like id never be able to see or hear the song again and you have done this multiple times through numerous videos and I love it!
I DID NOT know that OK Go was classified as a "one hit wonder". I remember first seeing their vids back in 7th grade during 2016 when my teacher in music class showed my classmates and I. They were pretty good, one video I remember is the "Upside Down and Inside Out" one. That shit was *SO COOL!* As for your statement on them being known for their videos more than their music, yeah... I agree. But that's not necessarily a bad thing, they were still entertaining. I just watched the "Here it Goes Again video" last night after I first saw the title and thumbnail, then pretty much procrastinated and forgot it for 5 months. That video was *ALSO FIRE!* I hope OK Go is satisfied with reactions from their work, they're valuable artists even though their songs didn't make it to the radios. Wait a minute, did "Here it Goes Again" reach the Billboard radio charts when it first dropped?
Writing’s On the Wall is a jam though. It was one of my favorite songs of the early 2010s. I found it through their video and the Magic Piano app, and now it’s on my iTunes because I don’t have a streaming service. It’s a really atmospheric, moody song.
As for backstory, I can tell you it’s from a broadway musical called Chess, and singer Murray Head is the brother of Buffy’s Giles, Anthony Stewart Head
What about when he put The Chainsmokers's "Closer" as his #1 song from 2016? But i must say, people gave him SOOOOOO MUUUUUUUCHHHHH SHIIIIIIIIIITTTTTTTT in the comments that i wonder how he managed to keep up. OHWL on Daniel Powter anytime soon? 2006 was a breeding ground for those things, and only fair that the biggest song of that year was a one hit wonder. Also, OK Go's 2010s music is pretty good, and also had strange videos. Nothing's changed, I see.

I’ve seen their other videos multiple times and can’t recall a single second of any of them. But Here It Goes Again immediately starts playing in my head when I picture the music video or someone mentions them.
There is something massively fitting about Todd mentioning Franz Ferdinand, and then immediately talking about great indie bands that just happened to have one mainstream hit.
Hannah Charlton Except it clearly isn’t scripted that way, because if you’d actually checked the part I was referring to you’d see that there is a 30 second gap or so, making it a happy coincidence, but nice try.
Savanna Johnson Tons of bands release albums without ever having mainstream hits, so not sure what you’re on about, or why you’re pretending they aren’t one hit wonders.
Hydrophobic spider "that involved them completely changing sound, multiple times". But many acts try that same route and it only ends up killing them. See the Dexys Midnight Runners video, but the examples are too numerous to count.
"Artists more popular on TH-cam than Spotify are a rarity" Being in the Vocaloid fandom myself I can say that this is quite common for Vocaloid Artists (and I'm not talking about the Japanese ones that don't have all their stuff on Spotify due to licensing and Spotify not being as huge in Japan, I mean English Vocaloid Artists like GHOST AND PALS and Kira who can get 2M views on a song yet their most streamed song on Spotify barely cracks 400,000)
Kira is kinda like the Calvin Harris of the vocaloid world with how he's made two songs where he is the primary vocalist and the fact he puts his name before the vocaloids themselves. Hell, even the chickens remind me of the masked EDM producers like marshmellow or Deadmau5. But yeah, he's way bigger on TH-cam, possibly due to all the memes in the comment section or maybe because he tends to be heavily influenced by early 2010s american pop princess electropop.
I'll just say, as a parent of young children, OK Go videos are amazing. The kids L O V E them, and it's not Elmo! So, yeah - that's probably been a large part of why OK Go has been successful in the super-interesting video yet relatively-boring music department.
I once saw Ok Go at King Tut’s in Glasgow. During the show there was a power cut so everyone had to leave the venue, but instead of calling it a night, they played outside with acoustic instruments. Eventually the police arrived, but I appreciated that effort.

A 'good not great' treadmill here seems to cost about $300 Australian, so we're talking $212 USD each, meaning apparently you could remake this video for about $1272 USD.
Not including the silver backdrop, which I assume costs something too.
Rent them from a gym?
Rented.
I think they where quoted at the time, that the entire video cost something like 1400 dollars. I am not sure if they where rented or cheep.
I do want to mention two things though:
I think if you look at them outside of their singles, they don’t seem as much that they’re trying to ride trends.
I used to listen to them a lot in high school.
Oh, hello, Majima profile picture
All I really knew of them was from when they opened for TMBG -- they put on one hell of a live show. Was interesting to see them blow up on youtube so many years later.
The problem is OK Go is one of those bands that I love but always forget.
I rediscover them every like 3-5 years, binge all their videos, and then ignore them for another quarter- to half-decade. I'm even subbed to them but I'm not gonna watch any of their stuff until my next binge.
@@silvertamagachi to be fair they havent had an album in like 7 years either
Like Franz Ferdinand
I don’t. I have the cd and I play it every month lol I love it.
I never understood why OK Go couldn't seem to gain traction. These guys and Franz Ferdinand soundtracked my high school and early college years.
@@Fig8907”Float On” isn’t even their biggest hit. Modest Mouse is a three-hit wonder.

Yep, I posted that one!
Who is the band at 0:42?
I think ok go is an extremely underrated band, and that comparison to imagine dragons was a little uncalled for. Where imagine dragons is a souless arena rock band, ok go regularly expierements with different instruments and genres. They create catchy, diverse songs that are sadly overshadowed by their videos.
Lucipurr Todd's videos are great but I'm not going to watch this as I know it will trigger me as a longtime OK go fan and defender. Glad you put it out there for me
@Drogon Of course they'll be fine; they're not gonna watch the video again, so no problem
OK GO is a great band and one of the more creative ones out there
OK GO is one of the most revolutionary bands of 2000's
Imagine Dragons isn't really my kind of music but I feel like calling them "soulless arena rock" is a bit disingenuous. They are pretty clearly talented pop rock song writers and musicians. I don't see them as being very similar to OK Go, but not because Imagine Dragons are horrible and OK Go are amazing.
Even if OK Go technically qualifies as one hit wonder quantitatively I never expected them to show up on here. They've definitely carved out an odd niche.
I learned about Ok Go when "Get over it" was included in a sample CD I got with a pair of jeans
I heard it on MTV when they focused on music
Heard it on Madden 2003
This was MySpace-era Indie Rock in it's absolute prime
its = possessive pronoun
it's = contraction of "it is" or "it has"
"his," "hers," "yours," "theirs" and "ours" don't have apostrophes in them
It was called landfill indie in Britain
Todd saying "OK Go" kept setting off my Google Home.
My phone keeps pausing and bring up the assistant
Mine too
a true first world problem
I thought they had two at least. I rmemeber a second song of theirs being popular around the same time
@@merchantfan Of the Imagine Dragons songs I've heard I can tolerate some of them. I don't find them particularly interesting and I can see why people don't like them. But I definitely can't stand Thunder. I'd much rather hear anything from OK Go.
Heck yeah. This song is such a 2000’s middle school vibe.
Edit: Todd is an M83 fan. MY MAN.
ZanraiKid hell yes M83 is awesome!
He should really do one hit wonderland on midnight city
Kristens Berzins I know this doesn’t count but I heard “Outro” on a car ad here in Australia
Here It Goes Again has been heavily used in movie trailers, though. It's use means "quirky rando humor adult comedy".
It has that right "sound." As Todd noted, that sound did change over time.
@@digamejh Also, I'd never seen the video when I bought it on iTunes. I've only watched that video once. Like a year after.
First album was incredible. Still listen to it now
I kinda respect these guys. They are not just musicians. They are performance artists.
And they know really smart people
Topic suggestions for OHW:
Don McLean - American Pie
O-Zone - Dragostea din Tei
Aqua - Barbie Girl
Trashmen - Surfin Bird
Darude - Sandstorm
Vincent is the only other Don McLean song I know just because of how sad it is
Damn I didn't realize that I knew nothing of Don McLeans music outside of American Pie. That's such a big song you'd figure I'd know anything else about him at all
Was that O-Zone song Popular in the US. It was huge in Europe
@@felixlueggerto there's a video of a guy dancing to it that made it huge in America.
LOL
I actually never paid them any mind when they were popular.
Well he explained the breakup bias
I reckon... OK GO are soo much better than Dragons
This isn't "they were unsuccessful." It's "Todd is disappointed in the way they were successful."
Wasn't "Jocko Homo" also a big hit? At the very least, Weird Al used it in one of his polkas
"I Won't Let You Down" is a great song, though.

Love that he points out Andy instead of Damian as the lead singer. Understandable with their identical 2009 haircuts.
OK Go are like the mythbusters of music
Also possibly the Slow-Mo Guys.
Me too
Yeah, Rock Band got me to buy their first two albums before I even saw the video
They also had a song on a Madden game
Oh my god that’s right. I was a guitar hero kid but when I was somewhere that had rock band, this was one of my go-to’s. You’ve unlocked memories
Todd did mentioned guitar hero back in his I ran so far away one hit wonderland
OK Go is a prisoner of their unique popularity. Even when they do release a great pop song ready for radio, like "I Won't Let You Go" with wry lyrics, a funky backbeat, and hooks galore, the video makes you think of drones and umbrellas.
How could you forget to mention their crossover with the muppets?
Jacob Colton wasn’t that weezer

I think the fact that "Here it Goes Again" was in Rock Band shows that it can definitely stand on its own as a song.

Todd covered that song in his Song vs Song podcast, in a matchup against Float On.
No, not that "Float On".
Franz Isn’t a one hit wonder

A Million Ways was one of my favorite songs as a teen.

Like you said, they found their niche and ran with it, and if their songs aren't brilliant enough to keep us satisfied, the promotional clips will definitely do the trick.

lol that's cold-blooded, Todd.
Ok go was literally one of my favourite bands at one point! I loved the film clips of course, but their music was great too!
The fact that you loved "End Love" makes me happy. It's still their best song to me.
Glad that “Get Over It” got a mention in this video because that song rules.
OK Go is one of those bands that's just straight up good at music and ready to do what it takes to keep making it. I honestly have mad respect for them even though I'd never list them as a favorite band.

Hydrophobic spider "that involved them completely changing sound, multiple times". But many acts try that same route and it only ends up killing them. See the Dexys Midnight Runners video, but the examples are too numerous to count.
"Artists more popular on TH-cam than Spotify are a rarity"
Being in the Vocaloid fandom myself I can say that this is quite common for Vocaloid Artists (and I'm not talking about the Japanese ones that don't have all their stuff on Spotify due to licensing and Spotify not being as huge in Japan, I mean English Vocaloid Artists like GHOST AND PALS and Kira who can get 2M views on a song yet their most streamed song on Spotify barely cracks 400,000)

And the follow up "Never, Ever" by all saints who sang on the song with the guy. Make it a 2 for 1.
ONCE AGAIN
TOP OF THE WORLD
OH MY GOD
HERE I AM
I've loved that song ever since they used it during Damien darks resurrection scene in legends of tommorow! I'd love to know more about it.
People only know them for their music videos but they’re music is actually pretty good too, especially their fourth album. They’re underrated so thanks for shedding some light on ‘em.
can you do "Face Down" by The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, PLEASE?!?!?!
jbiehlable, me too.
Their are tones of "emo" one hit wonders out there so would be enjoyable to see tod look at one
He did.
One of the occasional times where ONE HIT WONDERLAND covers a song I’m familiar with.
This video always reminded me of the very early MTV era. It just has that end of term art school project feeling that a lot of the early new wave bands had.
I've heard this song coming back lately, so it might be a fun one. "Steal My Sunshine' by Len. Keep up the great work, love this channel!
Still waiting for that song. 🤷
Todd points out that the treadmills video premiered back when TH-cam wasn't a thing and I was in college, and it hit me...
...Oh my god. I'm old. XDDD
