Best unforgiveness explanation ever. It affects the organs, then has an effect on your body, brain, and behavior resulting in illness.

Hi,Dr.Caroline, thanks for all your pod casts, and your book cleaning up your mental mess. You helped me a lot, especially this one, thanks for being so honest. It touched me. Bless you.

This is really good information! It is amazing how our brains work and how God has given us authority over ourselves. We can choose, life or death. Doing all of this with Jesus is so much better, but we can choose this as well.

For me, the questions "why did that person hurt me." Thanks for bringing that to my attention. The energy is real. To cut that power supply is SO important. Trying to figure out the why is so important. Thanks for the strategy. I have been doing the 63 day program. Disconnecting! Intentional letting go is not easy. I may need to start a whole new program to set me free, tear down that stronghold. Bless you Caroline Leaf!!

Sometimes the person that 'did it' is simply because they're plain nasty, egotistical or just 'an idiot' and lack humanity...we can even feel sorry for them AND now we've got our power back!

Yes, unforgiveness is toxic and forgiving others is healing for us! Also the saying, I can forgive but I can't forget is not accurate. Forgiveness that comes through the love of God set me free of all the trauma associated with the memory of what happened. I can remember the events minus the aguish!!!
