Some jutsu can be done in the air. In that case. Just use the buttons to use jutsu in the air. Naruto can make a Rasengan in the air in this game.
Coming back to this, Revolution and NUNS4 really messed up in regards to the sound effects in the ults. You can tell all the new ones use re-hashed sounds that are in other ults. I have no idea why because the ones in NUNS3 were original and fantastic, although I will say any dialogue during the jutsu tends to be too quiet
I think this is because the new movie Road to Ninja In the movie Madara uses his jutsu to trap Naruto and Sakura in universe almost the opposite of theirs. They have to fight a masked man (who is really just Menma, or Naruto from that universe) because he's killing all the Bijuu. The Masked Man is capable of a lot of attacks since he is only part of a single jutsu
Why didn't you do Ultimate Jutsu Finishes? If you use an Ultimate Jutsu when the enemy health bar is in the red, a little cutscene is displayed. And, if you use a certain Ultiate Jutsu Finish on a certain enemy, a specific cutscene is displayed.

It depends. Each of the Storm games covers different parts of the story (except for Generations). Storm 1 covers Part 1 (from the first fight with Kakashi to Naruto's fight with Sasuke). Storm 2 covers the beginning part of Shippuden up to the fight with Pain. Generations is the combination of Storm 1 & 2, combining characters from both games into one. Storm 3 continues from where Storm 2 left off. It goes up to where the anime currently is (if you add Full Burst DLC). It's up to you to decide which one you should get or if you should get all of them but gameplay wise, Storm 3 is the most impressive in the series.

There are 2 Gaara characters the wartime one and kazekage one, hover over the kazekage version and use rb/r1 and it will change the character.
