Can the crap music. Silence would be an improvement. I had no idea where this was, so I had to look it up. To have this pathetic level of water in a reservoir in Wales is incompetence of an order of magnitude you can hardly imagine. After all. it never rains in Wales, does it? Apart from all the time. Everybody working for this water company should be sacked, their pensions cancelled, and repayment of salary demanded. And I thought the government that brought you a blanket 20mph limit was the dumbest thing in Wales. Now I have found somebody worse.
