Train Travel & Delicious Food | Premium Lounge Delicacies & Multan to Karachi on Zakria Express

Hello Everyone, Today I am here with a brand new vlog of my recent train travel from Multan Cantt to Malir (Karachi). The train I chose was 26DN Bahauddin Zakria Express. The reason to choose Bahauddin Zakria Express was the latest introduction of new premium lounge dining car and it's new concept of high quality meals during train journey.
This journey was affected by heavy fog resulting in about 6 hour of delay but still I enjoyed every bit of it specially yummiest foods which I never ate before during train journey. The things I tried in this train journey were BBQ Malai Boti, BBQ Quails, Zinger Roll Paratha, Kheer, Omelette, Paratha, Chicken Wings, Pizza etc. It was a worth it experience. So sit back, relax and enjoy this journey & delicious food.

Pakistan Railways has taken many major initiatives in the past like inaugurating Shalimar Express, electrification of railways and now recently adding new dining cars with variety of food but these initiatives are only cosmetic changes. I am afraid that the addition of dining cars will not be sustainable in the near future, people are not fond of food, they even want all trains to arrive and depart on time, so they will upgrade the main railway line to cop the delay. Dear Sufiyan, You have done a great job in informing public about the latest developments in the railway sector.🙏

Meticulously crafted vlog of a high quality. Punctuality of the train is more important than the ambience of wooden,decorated interiors of the premium lounge. An important engagement may be missed by the passenger if the train arrives 6 and half hours late at the destination. The prices seen in the menu card appear to be mostly in four figures/ three figures, which is on the higher side. The time lag between placing an order and the delivery may be cut down in case the order is placed on line/ mobile to the catering manager prior and ready signal is given to passenger say ten minutes before serving it. If the train is so late, the management may consider giving complementary packets to the passengers or give them at 50 percent discount, akin to the airlines delayed flights. The supervisers were smart but the waiters looked slow and sluggish. They lacked pleasant demeanor. Overall, the chef did his job well, but the delay in preparation/ delivery appears unpremium. Baters preparation seems fine.

Thanks a lot Yogesh.. Timing is really an issue but fog is too much. Even motorways are closed in dense fog times to avoid accidents. Since dining car is privately contracted, I don't think they will give complimentary food in case of delays.
