Probably I thought I will translate the crux of the message: "Summa iru soll ara" Grace of Lord Muruga is essential to control the wandering of the mind. As a result we get Intelligence and we can understand the truth. Somebody was about the suicide. Lord Muruga stopped him by invading him spiritually and gave him a mantra "Summa Iru" - literally means "Be just as you are".
I have had out of body experiences in the past. Matter of fact I just had one 3 days ago.. True story. I know something does exist out there and I also know that there are some special people out there who can make things happen. Be that as it may I know for a fact that not everyone can make things happen out of nowhere. This stuff can only lead someone who's not special into a deep depression and mental illness.
The issue is Can we indulge in work or daily activities when Lord instructs you to be just as you are? This statement by the Lord is to instruct you not to prevent you from the activities you do but to calm your mind (Like a calm ocean). Its basically telling you to keep still and subdue the mind. But in the tamil tradition it is believed that if u repeat those tamil words as a mantra, Lord Muruga himself comes, because those were his intructions. And that young man goes on to become a great Saint. His name was Arunaagirinathar.
