The drifter seems to be similar to the consent of Resentment as described by Nietzsche, which is a kind of mix of envy and hateful feelings by people who feel less powerful... it is based on "I'm too weak or lazy do anything against you, I cannot win over you... but I can hate you all I can with all my heart and mind, even at the cost of my own peace and achievement.".

Sir what's the secret to staying calm under chaos & handling pressure situations without getting stressed ? Is there any books which teaches about these things & also your formula to tackle such difficult scenarios of career or life where there is a lot on stakes..

This is a great question that deserves a thorough answer which I will aim to address in more detail in subsequent videos. I will try my best to give you a brief answer in the mean time. First a very good book that relates to this is 'The Chimp Paradox' by Dr Steve Peters. From personal experience, its your past positive actions and habits developed over time that are the best thing to help you to stay calm under pressure and when unexpected situations develop. Personally when I am in a good routine of practicing Hatha Yoga, in particular ,I have found that I am able to stay calm. I notice a big difference when I have gone through a period of time without being consistent with this. There are many other things like sleep, exercise, meditation, clean diet among others, which all relate to having a good positive consistent routine. When I let this drop I notice that I am more reactive and my 'Chimp Brain' takes over. There are so many other things that relate to this and I will endeavour to cover them in the near future. I have a huge (every growing list of video ideas / titles) that I want to get through so I will move these ones further up the list to try and get them out sooner. Many thanks and I hope you are well.

@@JonJarrow Thanks a Ton 🧡 that's so meaningful ! Could you also share with me your favourite books to have a Winner's mindset when facing challenges & thrive in uncertainty to become a Valuable person ? I would love to hear your book recommendations on it..

Hi, I would have to say 'Think and Grow Rich' as the number 1. Despite being written in 1937 it is still so relevant. The main issue with it is that there is just so much valuable information contained in it it is almost overwhelming. You could spend years studying the information, which is not a surprise given how long it took to write. Other than that there is actually a book called 'Mindset' by Dr Carol S. Dweck that is excellent and I think would be beneficial. Studying the autobiography's of people that you find inspiring would also be helpful.

This is a great analysis video but im a bit confused on what you mean by one of the controversial topics that you've discussed "challenges to establish institutions" can you provide evidence on what you meant by that?

Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence when it comes to Hill's claim of meeting Carnegie.
Hill died very wealthy - wealthy enough to endow The Hill Foundation. That's all I need to know.

I don't understand the part about the interview with Carnegie or know anything about this interview and its relevance. Can you explain what that is about? Is there a link between this book and Screwtape Letters which was released only four years later? I read the later growing up but the former to me seems like a more important book since it is easier to prove that people have a negative energy about them that causes their own fall over a literal person called the Devil as Screwtape Letters espouses.

Napoleon Hill claimed that Andrew Carnegie personally tasked him with interviewing successful people and compiling a philosophy of success. This work, Hill said, eventually became the foundation for his famous book ‘Think and Grow Rich’. Hill often referenced Carnegie’s supposed mentorship.
However, the authenticity of this claim has been questioned, with some researchers and biographers suggesting there is little evidence Carnegie officially commissioned Hill for such a project. The lack of documentation or direct endorsement from Carnegie has led to skepticism about whether this relationship unfolded as Hill described or even existed at all.
Hill never mentioned or referenced this relationship publicly until after Carnegies death adding further to the scepticism. I personally don’t have too strong an opinion either way as to the validity of Hill’s claims. What I believe is that the information and lessons contained in Think and Grow Rich and Outwitting the Devil are incredibly valuable whether either way.

I’m glad you enjoyed it. It really is a fascinating read and very easy to digest despite covering a great deal and in particular some deep topics. I would highly recommend it. It can at times though be quite intense given who the conversation supposedly involves.

I think it’s a much more intriguing book to read than Think and Grow Rich (TAGR). But I still love TAGR. It’s got so much amazing information in it.
