Wow jeez what an insanely satisfying rigged run as Tainted Isaac, Polyphemus, Brimstone, Cricket's Head, Ipecac, Infestation 2, Magic Mushroom, Cricket's Body, Almond Milk, Glitched Crown, Inner Eye, Host Hat, Parasite. Binding of Isaac: Rebirth was great, Afterbirth was cool Afterbirth+ was like, eh, it's okay, and then Repentance came and was like BAM this is the best DLC EVER. The best mods like Q4 Isaac dance and banger songs like Innocence Glitched and Machine in the walls (my personal favorite) BIG C Section Brimstone Tech X fetuses' with ghost pepper synergies have so much potential. Add Soy Milk and Rock Bottom for a free win. Those items would be so OP together. The greatest synergy of all time. First floor is Ultra Hard, boss rush can be hard to get to. Good thing mom's knife didn't show up because that wouldn't have been fun. Even though I would of liked that item. I also like, Death Certificate, Damocles, Crickets Head, Rock bottom, Magic Mushroom and Godhead. Psy Fly, Revelation, Twisted Pair, D6 or Spindown Dice would be a cool synergy to have. Edmund Mcmillen created Super Meat Boy and I think he is a angel room enjoyer. Though Devil rooms can be Isaac Pog too, sometimes its a missed rare opportunity 0.1%. Sometimes when I get C section or Glitched Crown I laugh at my free win. Polyphemus Crickets Body Proptosis soy milk Sacred Heart + Holy Light and +10 Luck from perfection is my favorite combo. Need me some Lavencas Luck. When I get dead eye incubus R key Red key mega mush spirit sword and brimstone with ipecac it feels like a won run especially with monstros lung and tech X. I love playing the lost and tainted lost, and rerolling is always fun. I also love planetarium items. The Binding of Isaac Repentance is a pretty hard game but I enjoy it, I remember How to unlock the Lost, and it sucks because its RNG. Fighting Hush Delirium Mega Satan The Beast and Mother are all fun. I love synergies and bad items. This is 1,000,000% swear on dead gods name that this description isn't only for keywords. I was disappointed that Matt didn’t find a 48 hour energy pill, then it would be extremely broken
reminder that a 48 hour energy pill has a 12 point charge and mostly spawns tiny batteries

Edit: Nevermind, looked it up and it doesn't charge placebo, must've been a patch at some point. Still would work with Car Battery or a Vurp pill though

I love that you left spindown to continue this run. With spindown this was a run amongst many others, but now this run is special❤
Probably my favourite video in the past few weeks. Getting strong off of a weird combo and sticking with the combo when you could've just done the usual secret room rig or use spindown. This was a lot of fun to watch.

I just sat my medical exam today. After a stressful 7 hours, returning back home, my go to unwind is some Lazy Mattman and a cup of tea.
My favourite Libra synergy is definitely Taurus + rock bottom. It gives you a shit ton of stats for standing in a room for like 3 minutes, then just becomes normal max speed Taurus. D8 also seems really strong, as the stat changes are weighed towards being positive, so every activation will give you an all stats up of varying amounts.

the reason why the small rock decreased your stats is because speed ups are always the same where as damage ups decrease the more you get them so your stats decreased at the start the damage up was in full effect. (speed increases by .30 where as damage increases by 1.59 [i pulled those stats from memory])
Who else was screaming at Matt on Mausoleum I when he could have bought ventricle blade, saved placebo in the shop and spindown the rest in the arcade…?

Something I noticed about the thumbnails recently is that, although they’re made to look good (obviously) they stay true to the game. Look at the stats on this thumbnail, for example. All the stats he has, minus the added stats on the right, equal the base stats for Isaac. Just a really cool touch I thought I would share.
what is so funny to me is that Libra + a range up pill is still a better all stats up than the Halo

I had an insane break where I got a glitch item that used my pills/runes/cards anytime I picked up anything.
So using a judgement card I got stuck in a room due to the sheer amount of beggars in the room and ended up somehow getting 4k damage, 0.10 speed, and 500 luck

i know this was made a while ago, but i thought of a cool game rig you could do with this setup:
Car battery + Sharp Plug + Echo Chamber + Placebo + Full Health Pill
you take a full health pill, the you use Placebo to get the stat ups, but with Car Battery it applies the effect twice, leading to double stat ups. then you use sharp plug to recharce the placebo, and when you use it, the effects of the previously take Full Health take effect because of Echo Chamber
this is only from my limited knowledge of Isaac with DLCs, if i got anything wrong be sure to let me know
EDIT: Actually Echo Chamber would make this super fucking broken??? like i only thought about the effects it had regarding the "infinite stat ups" synergy, but if the pill effects get reapplied again that means it's just even more stat ups

Pro tip: With libra, always take tiny planet or my reflection. You get insaaaaane stats
libra is very underrated, but so is placebo, if you find a pill like health up or balls of steel, it becomes a reusable hp up every 6 rooms, same for balls of steel

Another thing they changed in the most recentl Libra rework was that speed past 2.0 gets converted into the other 3 stats, so you just get more stats with no downside. It appears as if it removes the tear cap as well, so that is just busted.

( from the description ) These synergies are SO RARE to find, i didnt fight mother/delirium/mega satan because I only started this game but I really think Satan is a fun fight, how we think he died but then he says " I'm Satan you dumbass " and you die because of it is really interesting. Fiend folio is a really good mod, too. Magic mush is op af, but i only got it one time. I got the double item activable item ( dont remember the name ) with psy fly. I used ut and it was really op. Have a nice day.
