I always look forward to your videos, your bright spirit shines through. I went through the same kind of thing over the weekend. Intense panic and dread. You are spot on about illusion/confusion. I should remind myself that I pulled “The Moon” card for the overall energy of the U.S. during 2025. This truly is the energy right now. I appreciate your encouragement for self-care and doing whatever good we can in our sphere of influence. Calling our representatives and sharing information is vital, as are acts of kindness. I personally find comfort in the writings of Rumi who reminds me that I am immersed in love and that there is nothing but “God” (Source).

I felt like this when he froze the federal funds. Everything felt so out of control and terrifying. I was able to calm down the next day and then he rescinded the freeze. I feel like that’s his whole point is to terrify us and make us live in fear. After that day, I listened to myself about not letting him have this much power over me. Stay strong everyone. ❤❤

Writing to my representatives and trying to contribute locally are at the top of my list. Also, being mindful of how much news I’m consuming daily and not reading or watching it while I’m eating or before bed.
Thank you Dabney. Writing or calling my representatives is a waste of time. After or blue lake in a red see missed having 20,000 people in the last census by less than a 100 people the gerrymandered not the whole county even though we are the county seat but just our little city into a new district, one of the largest in the country and mostly rural, with a lot of trumpers in it. Our state is already freaking out because another county one of the more wealthy ones has actually flipped blue over the last 15 years and that's something they weren't expecting. But one thing I do is share things on different places mainly Facebook and in comments on TH-cam. But about ways we can stand up, all the different things we can do. Even about bartering, about finding someone that can sew well and work out the price for them making your clothes and a lot of other things. But also the different lessons I was taught as a kid. By my grandma and great great aunt, by the elders in my neighborhood that came here after the war and taught me a lot of different things but lately I have been teaching about something else they all taught me which is very similar to something a Hopi elder posted on Facebook right after the election. He started by reminding us that his people and most indenganess peoples have lived under fascist rule for 500 years. How the conquers came and tried everything to destroy them, to remove them all from this world, tried to destroy their culture and almost did and in other places have. But he went on to say sometimes the best resistance is we live, not just live but thrive. He said no matter what his people still lived, and these are things we should remember as well. To still live, dance, sing, find joy in the small things, love and fall in love, get married, but most of all don't just survive but thrive. Thriving doesn't mean just about money. But it also means spiritually, it means helping others in the community, it also means learning to truly love yourself. It's not the kind of crazy dream fake world stuff, it's not the doom, gloom the world's ending stuff it's just the truth of life more importantly how we choose to live life. It's easy to live during the good easy times. It's hard during the harder darker and even more dangerous times. But live we do and how we live is a choice and yes staying in the present and hear and now. Not in a dream world of falsehoods, not in a ending world ( although I have known people that want the so called end times to come because they think they will be snatched right into their heaven as the chosen ones of the rapture) but in the world of now and your right all that constantly watching and reading especially that of how people are reacting to it all. Someone said that this video was calming, I found that to be somewhat misleading. I admire AOC a great deal. However, I found the first 9:25 minutes stressful to me. For those that are in a bad place like I am, I strongly advise you start watching this first video at the 9:26 minute mark.

As a Pisces sun, I’m sending out a blanket of love to my neighborhood, city, state, region, etc. In the morning upon getting out of bed, I visualize a seed of love surfacing in my gut. I visualize it growing and with an exhale I blow it out to blanket my neighborhood, then I take another inhale and exhale the love out to blanket my city, etc.

What you're alluding to is is a psychological therapy tool called CBT or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which is an effective tool for dealing with anxiety. It's most effective in preventing catastrophic thinking. We just have a few more months of Pisces BDSM torture before we regain the whip hand with Aries. But the pain is real and we're under a Sadomasochist political regime but it's bound to fail eventually.
