However a very common one isn't necessarily the "hurting" process, rather the positions it takes you in. A power dynamic, Of taking control and knowing that your partner is allowing you to take that control, and the trust that it takes for your partner to allow themselves to be in that position and to entrust you with taking care of them. Of course the actions and reactions from the sub from said actions have their own allure, but the trust and vulnerability it takes for a sub to allow a dom to do such things for both the partner's pleasure, is something very very special! That's why ESPECIALLY with Bdsm, trust, consent, and aftercare is incredibly important not only for one's physical safety, but mental too. I hope this was insightful!

To answer your question, I honestly feel like it depends from person to person, dom to dom, so I don't think there's one true answer. However a very common one isn't necessarily the "hurting" process, rather the positions it takes you in.
