I understand and approve the part, "to be in the middle between two extremes", but... when you are in the middle for a long, long, time.... finally you tend to "go up", without the "dark" extreme..... for example... about sex. At a certain point, if you are in the middle between obsession and refusing, in a good balance for a long long time....at a certain point you tend to use most of your sexual energy to create up above in the head something that is not sexual....but it is creativity..... so..... growing older in a certain way, we tend to leave the material world more and more.... to be more and more spiritual.... so..... at a certain point you really detach from material world but without forbidding anything just "naturally", without any effort/otorgamiento.... and at a certain point, this happens not only in the material world, but also in dreams. You start experiencing lucid dreams, very physical and it is beautiful... you can do ANYTHING in these lucid dreams and feel it extremely powerful (eating delicious things, having sex more "real" that in reality without any limit... it's like funfair....)....but.... also here... then... you start feeling like you have had enough...and you start saying: "well, no thanks" to "pure pleasure"also in dreams. You simply feel like you are ok without....and dreams become more interesting, other things happen. You have visions of things, intuitions, information...and sometimes "dreams" you experience can have effects on reality afterwards.
