Too many wonder kids have had their potential ruined by early big moves. Most just succumb to the pressure of playing for a big club, and others get overpaid and lack the discipline to stay serious. A young player requires a good coach, good team, and good fan base to truly reach his potential. It's also crucial for us fans to keep them humble. Calling any player the next Messi or Ronaldo won't do them any good, it's only fun for us to fantasize and discuss about their future, but it's usually bad for the player.
