My name is Johnny Johnson and I've been aquascaping for just over 10 years. In the beginning of my journey, I was like most people starting out with small setups and fake decor in them. Not long after that I quickly learned about nature aquariums and the creator behind them Takashi Amano, who invented the planted aquarium. After admiring his works and reading everything I could about him, I quickly saw the world through Amanos eyes and loved the idea of bringing a piece of nature into our homes. Back in 2015 I decided I wanted to share my work with the world which led to me creating my TH-cam Channel JJ Aquariums, which I still upload Weekly till this day. Through my TH-cam I showed my journey through aquascaping as I got better and better with each setup I did. My goal is to bring nature aquarium's more into the US, and to open eyes to the real world of nature.

In the UK this ADA version, like most of their products is so over priced it's ridiculous

You are paying for the quality 😂

@@Hike_and_Yap But also ridiculously high Japanese export tax and British import tax. ADA never offer good wholesale prices either so there's not so much incentive for sellers to stock ADA. The result is stupid prices for the ADA brand on items that are really, otherwise no different to any other brand with the possible exception of some of their filters.

I'm not sure if you take requests from the comment section but there's one thing/experiment I'd really like to see with this screen. THat is to have a ADA frosted background (like many of us already have in place) and then add the light screen. A lot of us would be so grateful because if we can see the affect before hand we wont have to deconstruct out aquariums to be able to take off the frosted screen and then add the light. If you could be so kind lol

@@jjaquariums That'd be awesome!!! I can put the light screen on. But to take the frosted background down I'd have to empty the tank. So I'm eager to see what the light screen looks like with an ADA frosted background already in place.
