Probably the one who wants to stand out or chooses him because his water form gives him a small speed boost** Exetior: **You just like his voice lines or the losing animation for him** Exeller: **Either you chose him because you think the original exe is overussed and the other two are too complex to use, or you're a big Spirits of Hell fan** Don't take this seriously, this is just my opinion.
