You should never feed a kitten on its back. Think of how it naturally feeds of its mother cat - on its tummy. If fed in their backs they can easily get milk into their lungs.

We need to feed the kitten in every 2-3 hours just like a human child and don't feed her lying on her back. The milk might go in her respiratory organs.
You need to feed this poor hungry kitten more frequent than feeding every 6 hours. It should be every 4 hours when they are new born. But now your kitten is weeks older now so it should be more frequent and give your kitten more formula. And please feed your kitten on it's tummy and not in that position coz it can go to the kittens. lungs.Twis is really a beautiful kitten even with ring worms . I know you can take good care of Twix . She is starving because they let 6 hours between each time they feed her. A kitten must be fed every 2-3 hours.
