15:11 if by "Jews" you mainly think about Israelis, and not seeing any of them in Bethlehem, then it's because Bethlehem is under the control of the Palestinian Authority, and Israelis can't enter it out of safety reasons. Non Israeli Jews, with foreign passports, can enter it, but it probably won't be a good idea for them to "look" jewish. P.S. As for the Ethiopians you saw, they are Jewish, so naturally they serve in the army like all Israelis, as it is mandatory service. Arab-Israelis (not many), and many Druze and Bedouin also serve in the army, as all live in Israel side by side, and any threat or terror attack is against any of us, Jews, Muslims, Christians, etc.
