i barely know anything about porsche because my only experiences with them come from forza motorsport 3 and need for speed shift.. ive grown more with RUF tbh
I remember this game for the ridiculous hard handling on the first 911 models (356s were fine, and anything with traction control from the 993 and up was also playable). Favorite of mine was the Mk1 Boxster because it looked so modern in the game XD Also hated the fact that many vehicles were participating in single races that you COULD NOT play yourself, like the Spyder RS or the LeMans racers..
you have to specifically adjust your cars parameters to fit your style (i dont mean buying better parts ....thats obvious ....j mean like hight and steering and so on). with some cars you did not have to do much but some cars could not be made good. and boxter was one of them. i hated that car. yeah it looked cool but it was slow as slug and had terrible handling. best was without any doubt porsche 911 turbo 930. even without customizing.
