That sounds like a better name, cave spring is pretty common. Couldn’t agree more on the hidden beauty of the Missouri Ozarks👍

Awesome job. Thank you for posting this video. I have lived about 5 miles from here my whole life. Due to my disability I have never gotten to see it like this.

Just curious, what general area is this? I know the other Cave Spring and am familiar with just about all the Missouri Ozarks has to offer but I've never heard of this one before. Just a general vicinity would be great, I can figure it out from there. I'm trying to show my dad all of the places I found when I was younger before it's too late and would definitely like to add this to the list. Thanks for any information you'd care to share. ✌️

Gary, there's another spring like this at Blue Spring on the Jacks Fork, near Mountain View, MO. You oughta go and add it to your collection. The campground and primary river access is on the south side of the river, with the cave on the north side. There are several small cave openings in the bluff, but the cave with the Blue Spring inside is unmistaken. Thank you for another video. I haven't been to this one yet.

Enjoyed your video's of the Ozark Riverways. I had a question regarding the other Cave Spring along the Current River which is fed by Devil's Well underground lake. When we floated into the cave this summer it was hard to tell what the water depth was in the rear cavern was due to the lack of light. But I read a few articles that the depth is 140ft. Do you know if that is accurate?

Thank you! Here is a link to the Spring of Missouri pdf that does an in-depth discussion on cave spring starting at the bottom of page 73
(copy and paste into your web browser)
      share.mo.gov/nr/mgs/MGSData/Books/Water%20Resources/Springs%20of%20Missouri/WR29revised.pdf
It's a little dated, but it indicates it's a 155 ft deep at this point. Fascinating spring system. The book has diagrams on the makeup of the spring and gives a lot of detail on Devils Well.
      Thanks for watching.

@@MarksofCuriosity Very interesting. Thank you so much. My friend is a diver, so we were curious as the depth and what explorations had been done.
