Yes. I have been experiencing the same thing for 5 months and restlessness, anxiety and panic feeling doesn't leave me alone. How can i get rid of them?((
Try working out with higher intensity, meditating longer or in different styles, start a new hobby that challenges your brain like reading or learning a language. Really just do what you can to exhaust yourself with healthy outlets.
As a hindu trying to practice brahmacharya, it's so nice to know that there are other Indian-(Americans?Canadians?) like you who are taking a hindu approach to a modern problem of pornography/nofap. Love our heritage. Cheers brotha.
Semen = veerya (In sanskrit).. Veer + ya = veerya.. Veer = warrior, ya = Just a sound after almost every sanskrit word.. Veerya simply means which makes you fearless warrior.. You conserve so much energy that whatever you do, you put some extra energy into it knowingly or unknowingly.. It makes you more angry, more needy, more strong, everything is more.. Unless and until you learn to control your mind and your senses through meditation or yoga..
Interesting, so if we pair NoFap with mindful meditation etc we will be able to channel the new energy appropriately without it intensifying other emotions/instincts?
so we need to be medicated and suppress our emotions? hmm maybe that's a sign that celibacy is wrong and unnatural. Porn addictions is problematic but so is abstinence.
@@Oldheadontheblock No need for medication, you need to meditate to channel your Veerya (semen) into Ojas (vigour). I think you might have misread "meditation" as "medication" but it could also be that OP's edited comment said "medication" originally. Nonetheless, celibacy is neither wrong nor unnatural, just esoteric and needs a great deal of self-awareness and watchfulness over one's body and mind.
Rather than simply calling it rage, I think it's helpful to qualify it more as something like a warrior's energy. You'll notice that it tries to conquer or dominate, but becomes destructive when idle and undisciplined. Just as a warrior needs training to turn raw physical prowess into martial ability, so the mind must train this energy, honing aggression into ambition.
I think it's more of calibration. Your coming out of the fog and just like alcoholics you are gonna have withdrawals. The rush of aggressiveness is like the fever that an alcoholic has when quitting cold turkey.
@@eldirtyfaygo5395 No because it never goes away. If it's a withdrawal, it should go away with time but it always stays with you. You can ask about this from monk who never ejaculated in his life and he will answer the same
Interesting. I'm a Christian and I noticed in the Bible they also mention meditating on God daily as an important daily practice. For most Christians it's rote practice but if done correctly, it really impacts how you view life
@Quarantine mushroom Joshua 1:8 "This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success."
@@mghector2059 Meditation is literally in the Bible. It's a bit different from Hindu meditation. And don't accuse me of appropriating meditation. I'm Indian too, I've studied meditation as part of my culture and I meditate on God's word as an Indian Christian.
@@BadassBobY not a bad thing. Anger is a real problem and some people won't be able to overcome it. İf you are doing it for quality of life i would suggest you combine it with dopamine detox and fap with a regular interval. Dopamine detox is basically no fap but for a day of the week you abandon all your sources of pleasure. And on the other days you try to limit it so you lower your dopamine tolerance. Ever since I started nofap, I get deeper sleeps. Also, my body wakes up within 5 hours of sleep, not feeling tired but with an eagerness to go and hit the gym. It's unbelievable for me since I never believed I can do without at least 7 hours of sleep. PS- I'm on no fap since 1.5 months now.
Harnessing the rage is key. One weekend my friends came to visit me and we were going out and my habits slipped for just a day. But as the weekend progressed, I became very impatient with their BS and laziness around my apartment. Just their inability to do their own dishes or clean up after themselves made me soo angry for no reason. Thank you for making me aware to this inner rage that we need to consistently control!

It's kind of scary on how similar the feelings are. I now see my sexual release as wasted energy. I used to let girls I liked control a part of who I was but now they have nothing I want. I love women. I love everyone. The ego wants to take but the heart wants to give.
This is pretty much exactly what I'm going through.. haha wow. The build up keeps me up at night, and in the day I'm cranky and short tempered, the cycle only seems to be broken when I break nofap. But now definitely going to give meditation a shot. Thank you for this video King!

bro had to comment. discovered your videos a while back and i'm noticing changes as you go. congrats your energy and charisma levels are off the charts on this one. the anger is perhaps your energy hitting the manipura chakra and releasing pent up anger as well giving you space (less tolerance for BS). It'll subside soon, or more accurately, the intensity will remain and increase, you'll just be able to control it better and the anger will turn to quiet confidence.

I found so many benefits especially with my creative juices (im a musician&composer) BUT i got into more arguments with family and 'almost' fights playing sports than ever before! Luckily my gf calmed me down which coincided with her fertile period (as we're currently ttc) Back onto it tomorrow... Thanks for the advice & help
I thought no fap just brought some peace of mind. This is way deeper than I expected. You're also teaching me stuff about Hinduism that even my Hindu parents proabably didn't know.
I think it's awesome you are putting this info out there. Countless people talk about the fact that they are doing nofap and they just mean they are not masturbating or having sex. They haven't even heard about transmuting the energy, which is so dangerous. This happens with so many different things. People hear about something new and jump on it without doing any research and totally missing the point. I hope more people watch this video.
For me it seems like it is pure emotion over strictly anger or rage. Over time it just causes all things joy, sadness whatever to become more powerful.
Earned yourself a new subscriber with this video. I love branching out and broadening/deepening understanding of these ideas through different cultures. Also cool to hear someone be able to pronounce the Hindu characters and words properly haha, adds a little more weight to these stories compared to my attempts to read them
Makes sense. It's exactly why I've killed the MGTOW community. Today is my 60-day anniversary. Yes I have extreme aggression on no fap and have been working on dealing with it. The cultivation is the part I haven't yet figured out. There are yoga postures that can help, channeling it into the kundalini? I will be discussing this soon. Damage by hurting people's feelings is really common with nofap rage...I have also been curt with people in daily life. Wow, the serene rage is something I also feel I have gotten down to an extent. I don't believe in removing my rage. I think it is beneficial to men when channeled.
YogiOabs the rage is a mans edge and greatest asset when directed along the proper lines. Not surprised at all that you’re at 60 days. The proper postures can make a huge difference. Headstands for instance.
YogiOabs i think you’ve done an excellent job of communicating serene rage. It’s funny that someone like EI would call it unstable. You’re not unstable, just charged
@@CaptainSinbad Haha, he went on a slanderous rampage. It was bait I guess. But it's what happens to everyone, they get slandered when there is an opportunity. Yes I've heard these inversion postures can help. I've felt pretty good lately actually, and I will try the headstands, thank you.
I would really suggest doing your homework before dabbling with Kundalini. It's not advisable to raise it just because you can, with a couple of postures. In traditional Tantra, there is a lot of prep work that goes into it - purification and balancing of the Tattwas, Gunas and Kleshas come before any kind of energy work. Otherwise, it would be akin to blowing air into a balloon that is designed to pop immediately. The west always want quick fixes to everything, don't let that carry over to this.
Awesome video dude. I would just love to add that, there seems to be multiple factors as to why the rage can manifest. One part of it is purely coming from the 'frustration' aspect, the withdrawing from sexual pleasures and the neurotransmitter and hormone changes that go along with that. So essentially, driven purely by the biological changes. But what also comes into the mix is the person themselves, their level of egoic identification (as you mentioned, meditation helps reverse that) and their shadow aspects. For example, if you have repressed anger from events earlier in your life, you could be unknowingly medicating (by relaxing and calming energy) with fapping. And without that, the repressed anger rises to the surface and is explosive. It's then good to look at what this is revealing to you. What is the fapping covering up which could potentially be dealt with and processed? I remember years ago, a woman I had hopes for was messing around with our arrangements and being really flakey and effectively rejecting me whilst I was like 60 days into NoFap, and I felt unduly angry toward her. But at the end of the day, it said more about me than it did about her. Yes, she was being unappreciative of me, and effectively quite rude. But did it have to bother me? No. I obviously was still attached to the idea of being accepted and that was my attachment and therefore my problem. I had to let that go. So you're so right. Regular meditation, grounding and centering yourself is so important and although I've brought it up in videos I should probably highlight it more. So thanks for bringing this to light :)
How dis u let go of this idea of attachment????...i m on this journey nd same thing happened to me today...nd it has happened before also...can it be childhood fear of abandonment or lack of self esteem...it seems temporary ..but looks like it is there and cones up from time to time..a sort of sense of neglect.
Don't forget Bhishma Pitamah from the Mahabharata storyline and obviously Lord Parshuram ! Edit: you had mentioned about Bhishma Pitamah, which I saw later. My bad! Although, Lord Hanuman was always an ascetic and never had an uncontrolled outburst, nor did he had any lust, atleast none is mentioned about him in the Ramayana. We need to separate these things in terms of bringing it to conscious mind and also of the transfusion of it via yogic practices. What I mean is "Not Ejaculating" is just the start to the path of brahmacharya/Sanyasa and should not be seen as the same as christian version of celebacy. Over time, with practices, physical and metaphysical in nature, the person mentally also gives up the sexual aspect or "kaama". We also need to differentiate b/w Sanyasa and Brahmacharya as Sanyasa is someone who had gone to the "Grihatha" ashram and later left it or gave it up. A brahmachaari is who has never indulged in sexual activities of any kind and is actively practicing ways of focusing his energy on other aspects of life for his growth...in Lord Hanuman's case, devotion to Lord Ram. Lord Hanuman was trained by none other than Lord Surya and Lord Shiva himself in his childhood and hence there was no scope of "lust" as by the time he became an adult, he already was in control of not only his body, but also his mind because of the metaphysical training involved(including Yoga-Not the physical bendy-bend aspect but the kundalini energy aspect and also definitely physically intensive activities which transformed his energy from the start itself and that is why he is revered so much).
Really like how you tied the NoFap anger in with the hindu stories, always a fan when Jordan Peterson ties in with mythological things. A different book that does a great job of mixing life lessons with mythological stories is called Iron John by Robert Bly. Fucking incredible book. You can't see a video about it on my channel because I didn't make one but my lord is it a good book. Highly recommend

How is this even possible. Thinking and seeing women you like will generate desire of talking to them, talking to them will give birth to desire of touching them, touching women will generate desire of having sed with them. Abstinence is only answer. @captainsinbad
This is where weight lifting can be a nice way of turning that anger into endorphins and in return you will be more at peace, at least in my experience
On day 56 now and the past few weeks, I'm actually experiencing this rage or aggression mentioned in this video. I've always been a non-confrontational type of person and anger has always had a negative connotation to it. It's associated with losing control and etc. But, this rage I'm currently experiencing is something else. It's like having this Tiger within you that you can set out to attack anyone who messes with you. And at the same time, there's a calm like zen that comes with this aggression. Like you can seem calm one moment and go ape shit crazy the next. In a good way that is. Haha. Love this channel man. It really helped me a lot on this journey. :D
Brilliant take on anger! Such things happened when my streak ran over 350 days. My anger crumbled one day when I came across this - 'Tolerating ignorance is the last tapasya (penance)'
Thank you for your good insights into NoFap! Even though I am a Christian pastor, I glean a lot of wise nuggets of knowledge from you and your Hindu worldview. Your advice has really helped me a lot in my own spiritual journey as well. God is surely great! I’d be curious to hear your response sometime to readings in Christian literature like in the Bible on semen retention or St. Augustine’s “Confessions” where he prays to God for continence (which is like bramacharya), which only comes by divine grace. I hope God may grant your wish to be a leading actor, especially it be cool if you played a Catholic celibate priest in a Hollywood movie like in Roland Joffé’s “The Mission” or Martin Scorcese’s “Silence.” Blessings to you man!
I am a female practising celibacy. I don't know how no fap works as I am a female however practising celibacy as a female I can relate to that anger. I am usually a soft hearted and timid and anxious insecure person but after practising this I can feel a change in me I have never felt before. I have become much more aggressive, and angry however it is in such a powerful way that I am suddenly starting to become fearless and all these anxieties and insecurities I noticed have started to fade away. A mentality of I am who I am and I don't care about what you think is starting to emerge in me it is mind blowing I am at shock myself. I don't know, I've been on the nofap train since early January and I don't have any issues with anger. my biggest annoyance is recurring lewd thoughts from my past porn addiction, but I feel it's slowly getting better. but if seems to be cyclical, two weeks of serenity and two weeks of intense sexual frustration... still, this is the most transformative thing I've ever experienced, it's like I'm discovering life again!
Bro that’s crazy, NoFap is something I’ve been practicing for over 2 years. And just recently I’ve experience a new breakthrough to include a tremendous amount of energy. Unfortunately I went drinking and got into a pit of rage that I’ve never felt before. Wow this explains a lot... During my 1,5 years, that's right over 400 days of semen retention. I completely destroyed three whole relationships and went from the chillest possible personality to somebody you'd don't want to mess with. I was so irritable... Two of which was my best friends... The state of all three is basically unrepairable now. 2 years have passed since but nothing has changed. Two of which even attempted to make-up with me but it all ended in a catastrophe. One was my long time best bud and during our journeys we both changed so much there wasn't much common left between us. In the end our worldviews and beliefs were so contrast we were living in different worlds. It is one of the hardest periods I've had to go through and I still think about them now and then. However I made peace with having to let go of these people some while ago. It was also the most intense period of self-development, both mentally and physically. Largest progress I've made in my life so far...
@@jagosevatarion8822 I agree... Looking back now I cannot put it better myself. I used to blame myself constantly in regards to these relationships, and ruminate over what I should have done, what I could have done and what I simply failed to do... Till I had no more strength left. People on the other side instead moved on with their lives without giving much thought. What was said cannot be unsaid, what was left unsaid will forever remain unsaid. I think I owe them at least that much. To move on myself and treat the next person in my life the way I never had the strength to treat them.
@@nitinsharma-hg2kz No I broke that streak. Some time ago... And it was my longest one. I have since changed my views and shifted my focus towards no porn rather than nofap. I have since realized that if you focus too much on one thing for example not ejaculating it makes everything center around that one thing. You run the risk of it becoming and obsession. You loose track of other aspects in life and sometimes what's really important. I have shifted my focus towards staying away from porn because I have found that it is a much more healthy way of doing things. PMO is total bs. Watching porn and masturbation are two different things and masturbation doesn't cause you to watch porn. Habit does. Just be man enough to brake a habit. Porn on the other hand will destroy your life, self-esteem, relationships, the way you view women and will only serve as a dysfunctional stress regulation method. With a little willpower you can go years without porn and still keep that laid back relaxed attitude which I have found ironically serves better as a method to keep your streaks longer. Also I have found that ironically if you allow yourself to 'go wherever you need' instead of placing such an emphasis on it... Ejaculate whenever there is a need like while having sex, even if you do end up masturbating I have found that if there is no porn to stimulate you don't really feel that much like masturbating. In terms of physical and mental development you are right. Something is going on. There is better mental focus, and slightly more energy. Id say about 10% or so, more would be an exaggeration. However that too probably depends on other factors. I did have slightly more muscle back then but I suspect that was due to working out more as a side effect of excess energy.
In my case, the anger you talk about turns into self-confidence. In this situation, I am not afraid of anything. I often make decisions that bring real changes in my life at these times. + I also think that it is this rage effect that boxers look for when they 'no fap' before a fight. I think the word you are looking for is intensity. I've been doing sadhana from Sadhguru and when I was on a 6 month streak, there was an intensity. The intensity could be directed to piercing into reality in a more fundamental way where I saw acceptance, love, nothingness as the nature of reality. Intensity and abandon or dispassion are better words than rage and apathy. 🙏

Yes I feel like this power has a lot of yang and you have to balance it with yin. Meditation, yoga, music, hell crying if necessary
so we need to be medicated and suppress our emotions? hmm maybe that's a sign that celibacy is wrong and unnatural.

@@CaptainSinbad Brother, i have a problem. Im literally masturbating or humping my matras while sleeping/half sleeping. Is this normal?
Everytime you talk about rage , I can literally see it in your eyes
So thanks for bringing this to light :)
thanks for making all those excellent points. I can relate to being angry with a woman while retaining.

I think letting go of old relationships that doesnt benefit us is part of the process. I have done the same many times with former so called friends
How did this help you with mental or physical development? Are u still continuing your streak?
The dark side of which you speak, I call it the spartan spirit ahou ahou ahou
Using google translate btw^^
NoFap from January 1, 2019 to today April 26, 2019 here.
TA Videos how about today?
just no fap?...is sex is ok too?....pls kindly explain...semen retention does not only include no fap but . no sex too?
Kingtot Pogs semen should only be used to Produce babies
@@woawolf ..wow... you mean to say... you only have to have sex if you want to have a baby..sex is an amazing gift to a married couple so why we should refarain from having sex?..i think i can't live without it...
@@conjit09 sex is ok
That’s interesting. I always thought it to be frustration, but yea it makes a lot sense.
Yeah man. I agree with what you said because I had an episode of rage and aggression at the job to a higher up while on NOFAP. Meditation has helped me out a lot but I’ve realized that I’m much more aggressive in many aspects than I was before. Before watching this video I was concerned with the future because I didn’t know what issues could arise if I don’t tackled the aggression issues now and nip it in the butt. Thanks my dude
Is this shambhavi?
2 years trial error. And 45 days straight today. New sub. Here. Loved this video. Appreciate you. POET114.
Huh...upon my own meditations, I’ve discovered many shorter timelines than the one I’m currently running directly as a result of having never married. So yeah, long life.
I’ve also eschewed Saturday nights out, after blazing up, to binge-learn multiple subjects such as zero point energy, Jacksonian economics, the star Eta Carinae, and string theory.
Eh, you Hindus might be onto something
One of the best channels I have ever subscribed. Your videos are very beneficial to me as I AM practicing brhamachariya for more than 6 months. Love you brother.......
Thank you, I am Indian American and never even knew this story (Didn't say I was a very good Indian). Good stuff
You should once read Bhagwad geeta and Ramayana.
Sooner better, not telling because you are Hindu vut its for everyone.
@@bullseye6969 It's of no use. Greek philosophy is much better. Geeta is essentially Mahabharata.
Oh my god... I don't believe someone like you is deliberately harnessing the serene rage....😍😍😍😍😍👏👏👏👏
No-fap 3rd minute: I can understand and solve the ultimate calculus problems.
Definitely a quality video on the topic with some concentrated and useful information, very much appreciated!
Autobiography of a Yogi was also a favorite of the late Steve Jobs. Am sure he did Semen Retention and his rage at his employees to get work done faster can be explained well by your video. He had high standards for his employees and products.
Very useful video, Captain Sinbad. I do meditate but will now look to also add a Pranayama Practice
didn't realize SJ enjoyed Autobiography of a Yogi. That's cool
@@CaptainSinbad he did. I hear that it was the only book Steve Jobs downloaded on his iPad 2. It was also the gift he prepared beforehand to be given to those who attended his memorial service.
I'm looking through your videos and they're all so damn good, I literally can't wait to watch them all.
Ending is Epic!
You are NoFap God..
I never came across this perspective till now!!
This explains the frequent frustration I face when some people and environment goes out of expectations..
Next july I turn 6 years on Celibacy!
🙄
Will you turn 6 years old next July?

Very true!
A wild force unleashed will wreck havoc. That is exactly why NoFap should be accompanied by spiritual practices in order to control it and direct it. NoFap has always been a spiritual tool - the modern version of it which focus all on the cool aspects of it and the creativity that comes along and neglects the spiritual part of it is such an amputated version.
Cool Stories...very inspiring...Thx for sharing , Nikhil. What Annals do contain these tales ? Best wishes, go for it !
These stories come from the Ramayan and the Mahabhaarat
Please keep making more of these Vids caption, you're the only reason I've been able to embark on this beautiful journey. 💐Much love.
