@@jewelzb1402please tell me more. Thinking about doing this, but I have no experience with net lighting. Is there a lot of work involved in hiding the wiring? Is there a lot of wiring to consider? Will I spend as much time “hiding the wiring“ as I would stringing lights around the tree?
So since I've always done option 2, I wanted to do the lights in the middle which came out beautiful . I needed more lights but CVS only had net light's which made me end up doing all 3. It's gorgeous my tree has never looked so good. Thank you Happy Holiday's to you, and your beautiful family
Best way and it's not the easiest but go up and down each branch wrap a loop arround each small branch then move up wrap the next one. Do all branches till you meet at the end. Then go up and repeat. It gives you even coverage all over the tree and it looks amazing having thousands of lights. Another tip use incandescent tree light the led lights are harsh and ugly.
My kom woyld do the first one and so do I. I start with white zigzagging down the inner center. Then coloros and whites all over. Makes it glow so nice and give depth

Take the plug in and start at the Bottom. Roll your lights to where You can have the control while Putting them up. And down. Take your lights and start going Up. Go to inside of tree.to lay Lights back and forth on the limbs Climbing up back and forth on Each branch. When you run out Of lights plug another into the Plug connector. And keep going Up and down and adding new String . When you get to the Top just come down in and out Of the branch es. Going straight down. You cover the whole tree That way. You get more lights On the tree. And it's so much Faster.. and the best part is Taking them out. They just Unload there lights pulling out And roll each strand of lights up. As you get them out. I think Once you do it this way you Will be pleased , with putting Them on and taking them out. You put the lights on heavy covering branches with more Lights or less. But you only Have to do it one . But remember You have to walk the lights Up and down..covering every Branches. . I don't mind Doing the tree now. That going Around the tree is a pain. And A big tree is hard with no help. And your short to boot. I also use a picker up clamp to help at the top. Merry tree lighting.

I’m in heart and lung failure and it’s just mama and I now. Daddy died on 09/22/21 it feels a lot longer though. Especially the holidays. I guess because he died so close to them. I’m so getting the net lights next time I go to Walmart!!! Mama’s gonna think I’m crazy, but she’ll see how easy it is!!!
Have you not owned those trees? You obviously haven’t if you’re commenting. They go out within one season of use. They are notorious for not working after just one season. Then you have to either scrap the tree or literally use wire cutters to cut off all the lights. Good luck trying to figure out which light is bad. One bad light burns out the entire section and then half your tree is dark. Critical thinking skills would have had you saying “there must be a very good reason why people choose to string lights vs. pre-lit trees”. Stop and think before you comment.
This is just lazy look and they look just that- lazy. If you want your tree to look nice you’ve got to put time into it! If you don’t care about how nice it looks just want to throw some lights on it then this would do 🤷🏻♀️
BEST HACK EVER: Buy a fake tree. It can come with lights, can be reused, and it's better for the environment (not to mention that you won't get christmas tree bugs)

I used net lights on my tree a couple of years ago and it worked really well. It saves you a lot of time.

Yelp!!! I use nets on my 🌲! People thought I was crazy when I mentioned it a few years ago! 👀👀👀 Look at me now! 😂 (4 nets + 2 trees= 30 secs)
