Halfway into your video, and I have to thank you. I have had this vest for months and didn't realize my phone would fit in that zipper pouch. Just tried it, and it works! :)
I’ve been using this vest for a year or so, I fit 250ml soft bottles in the pockets and they sit perfectly with no movement. Thanks for the review Chris 👍😎
😉👌🇨🇦Yes, you will need a vest for sure and at $20.00 that's a steal! I got mine 5 years ago for $99.00 and it's been great. However I've lost so much weight I'll be looking at replacing mine before I run my 100 miler this year. Having lots of places for storage is nice to have, however, I find the longer the run the more confused I am of where things are in a vest...LOL. Great review Chris and Nice new intro. Keep up the great videos, Chris. I'm so proud of you for getting out there and running a 50k!!!🥳👈🏃
That’s the exact one I bought for my road marathon 2 years ago. I can’t wear anything waist based so I bought this as it was the lightest one I could find. I just used it for gels and it was great. For me though, I’ve never carried water in it because I couldn’t get it to stay put.
These really are one the best value purchases I’ve ever made. I have the smaller 2l but same thing, cheap as chips and think it will last. I almost feel daft for paying up for my ADV skin now.
Great review Chris! I've been thinking of fueling for when I do London in October and have been considering a vest. Would you say it's worth getting one for a marathon, or would it be best to stick to a belt to carry gels etc and take in fluids from the water stations instead?
Thanks James. I personally would just carrying the gels etc in a belt or pocket and take advantage of the water stations. But it’s a great item to have for training, especially once it starts to warming up ☀️
@@ThatRunningGuy Thanks Chris. I might invest in one more for the long training sessions when there are no water stations about. Thanks for the advice!
I agree, the Aonijie Running Packs are great value 👍 Your pronunciation though 🤦♂️😂 Try it like this: Ann-Knee-Gee ✔ You are looking more like an Ultra runner each day.
Fair play to you for committing to do the ultra. It seems like you're pushing yourself outside your comfort zone 👍🏻 I have that vest without the bladder. Seems to work for me, though I don't do ultras!

Love my Aonije vest got me through my half marathon training.
Definitely going to come in handy once it starts warming up ☀️

Such a great vest and amazing value 👍

Thanks Tony, that’s good to know. Honestly I was just pleased it turned up...thought at that price it was to good to be true!

Yourself, Dan & Ben have inspired me to go for it. Originally didn’t have a video for today, filmed it yesterday afternoon😁
What’s great about this review is that you’ve not been a vest user before and it’s working for you out of the box.
...but it came in a bag🤣
Counting down the days😁
Never run without mine, best bit of kit I’ve bought in a long time 👌🏻 I cut the water tube down slightly, was a bit too long for my liking.
Great value
Have used the same one for about a year. No complaints at all and can't beat the deal!
...now got to run my first ultra 😬
I dont run far enough to warrant needing a hydration vest but I've seen this brand highly recommended by other runners, great review!

I used my daughters 250ml plastic bottles and they worked perfectly👍
You reminded me I need a hydration vest. I'll have to look at this one.
😁👍

And fantastic now as the weather (uk) is starting to warm up 👍
Wow that hiking video is great. I am a Korean elementary school student TH-camr. I will come to play often. Please upload a lot of good videos.
Under 20 with the bladder is just crazy 😄 looks like some great kit. And who knows if you don’t get into longer trail stuff in the future 💪
I know 😁
Let’s hope I don’t get the ultra bug!
I really appreciate the video. I will definitely get that vest!
I subscribed! 😎👍
Thank you 👍
Cheers for the video Chris. Seen these online never known if they are worth pulling the trigger on due to such a low price like you say!
Great recommendations! Thanks!
Thanks Heather, you can’t go wrong at that price! 😁
Looks like you've got a good bit of clearance around your neck, I have a Salomon one but rubs on the neck too much, unless you wear a high collar top.
No rubbing issues with it👍
Thanks for the review!
Thanks for taking the time to comment Mariela👍

Let’s hope I’m not, ‘all the gear and no go’ or get the ultra bug!

How could I say no to Ben & Dan, should be a laugh😁
Good Video
How is the vest fairing so far?
Only problem I’ve found as with other vests is the zip ends up getting stuck from dried sweat
